First visit to the area, wonderful!

This place is amazing, great location, plenty of space, great communication with owner.

My family of 5 rented this house along with my sisters and their kids (10 people total), and I can’t say enough good things about this property. It looks even nicer in person than the pictures, it was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect. It is located in a quiet area away from all of the heavy traffic of the bigger beach towns, and there is a beautiful beach that my group enjoyed within ten minutes. The house is within an hour or less of some other great beaches and towns if you want to venture out (orange beach is about 15 minutes, gulf shores 30 minutes, and Pensacola beaches and shops about an hour). The adults and kids (teenager included!) loved the pool and all of the other amenities (the pool table was a hit), and we really loved how the house allowed all of us to have our own space (the upstairs area was closed off a bit and perfect for families with younger kids), especially lots of bathrooms. Shirley, the host was amazing…super easy to communicate with during our stay and she even had snacks and beverages waiting for us and the kids upon arrival!! I would absolutely stay at this house again.

We had a fantastic stay at the dreamboat. Shirley pays attention to detail. The house and amenities are top notch. We are so thankful for the hot tub and heated pool bc it was unseasonably cool in Pensacola. Would highly recommend!!!!

We loved our stay. The house is specious with enough space for 2 families ( 2 adults and 2 kids each). We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, paddle boat, pool table in the garage. The house has absolutely everything you would need during a stay and owner Shirley is a wonderful host. The house is on a dead end street with almost no traffic. We loved that this property sits on a channel with water access to bay. Will definitely book again if in the area.

Before we even booked with Shirley and were just considering renting her property she was so prompt answering all of my questions. What a beautiful home she has! It was very clean and had lots of "extras" that you rarely find in vacation rentals. She had a pack and play and high chair for us to use for our 8month old which was so convenient to not have to pack those items. We spent most of our time swimming in the heated pool and fishing. The beach was so close and the area the home is located in has so many great restaurants. You will not regret booking this home and working with Shirley. She went above and beyond to make sure we had all that we needed and ensured we had such an awesome vacation! We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a long weekend in Perdido Key with friends who retired in the area. The house was in a great, central location, well equipped, and gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us welcome. I hope we can stay here on a future visit!

Very nice property excellent communication everything we needed

We have stayed at many places but this particular property stands out the most because of how much it felt like home and the nice touches included by the host. The pool was so warm and pleasant. The hot tub was really warm too! Pool table fun. Quiet neighborhood. Clean home with beautiful furnishings. We felt safe at all times. Some great restaurants in the area such as Fisherman’s Corner. Not a far drive from all the action and beautiful beaches. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend! Thank you Shirley for all your thoughtfulness.

Shirley was an absolutely delightful host!! The house has EVERYTHING we needed including her generous snacks and beverages to welcome us. The pool and hot tub were splendid as was the well appointed kitchen for cooking. Everything was perfect and made our trip the best!

Everything was as described with the exception of the boat dock, which doesn't exist (I am guessing there was a delay in building it). This didn't affect us in any way as it's off season (end of November) but may matter in warmer months of someone is booking based on this detail. So many amenities I can't list them all. Shirley was a great host. She had snacks and beverages waiting for us on arrival. She was wonderful at communicating. As it was off season she allowed us to check in early as there were no guests before us. I am sure this wouldn't be possible with back to back bookings but many places wouldn't allow this regardless. Loved the hot tub, beds were comfortable, plenty of space fpr everyone. I really liked that the home is on a dead end road so there is no traffic. That's a siper plus f0r those who may come with little ones to put them more at ease. Only a few miles (if that) from numerous beaches. We did spend some time at the beach when it was sunny out but water qas way too cold for us to swim (as was the pool). Shirley did tell me that they are having pool heat installed by the end of 2022 so tjat is a BIG plus for guests staying off season. We really only needed to buy food and a few incidentals for our stay. The home even had laundry detergent, spices for cooking, storage containers, plastic wrap, and much more. So many items that I have never had in any rental home I have stayed in which has been more than a dozen. We will definitely stay in this home again.

We will be back to this place, the location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet. The house had the perfect amount of space and then some for all five of us. Thank you Shirley, it was great.

Rented this property for a friends vacation. We wanted something with a pool and close to the beach. The host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She had fried chicken, potato salad and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. The house was super nice. The host keeps a little of everything you might need. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and seasonings. Only negative is it says boat dock and there isn’t one. However, they are in the process of building one. If that’s important, you may want to ask before you book. Host is easy to contact and will resolve any issue as quickly as possible. Will definitely rent this house again.

The host was great. So attentive and welcoming. The property was clean, well maintained, and an absolutely beautiful. We loved the overall experience.

House was beautiful and big! The kids lived in the pool. We enjoyed the outside space and definitely used it daily. There was more than enough room to accommodate 11 of us. Beaches are within a few miles as well as grocery stores and restaurants. Great location. Homeowners are VERY responsive to any questions and even left goodies for the group.

The property was fantastic for our family. We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. It’s beautifully decorated. I cannot say enough about the hostess. She was so kind, upon our arrival there was a meal in the fridge along with adults beverages. She also provided a cake for our graduates. I have never rented a home before where we received such individualized care. We all felt so special. We will be back!!

This property is very nice. We had a group of 13 and had plenty of room. The house is only minutes to the beach. We had a wonderful vacation and Shirley was always there to help with any questions we had, and even had suggestions for places to take the kids and places to eat. We would definitely recommend for your next vacation stay.

We loved staying here! It is an Amazing house, the check in process was a breeze, the check out process was a breeze, loved the pool and hot tub, and the house is HUGE! Plenty of room for our 11 ppl! And the owners were very communicative the whole stay! Very personable, great owners! Would stay again 1000%! Perks of staying here: canal in backyard, seafood market around the corner so you can cook for yourself, johnson beach less than 5 minutes away that is my most favorite beach in that area! You won't regret staying here! Thank You Shirley! We had a great week down there!
