Mold on ceiling in shower, looks like black mold. Broken tiles in shower. Difficulty getting entry, code sent did not work. Had to use customer service support and took about 25 minutes to get entry.

Great condo in a beautiful location on the North Shore. Quiet and secure location with a lovely pool area. The condo has everything you need to be comfortable including beach chairs, beach towels, comfy beds, great a/c plus fans. Kitchen has everything you need too. Lounge area is huge so plenty of room to move. 10 min walk to Turtle Bay beach for great snorkelling and the property also has lots of trails to explore. Washer & dryer are great and worked well. Didn't want to leave we loved it so much. Would definitely stay again. Before checking in make sure a 4 digit pin has been sent to enter property & a 5 digit code for gate.

No gate code sent by Vacasa to enter car park and the wrong door code sent to enter condo as well. A bit concerning as you are rather isolated in that location. But a phone call sorted everything out, they also rang back and checked everything was working too so great customer service. Thought the couch was meant to pull out as the extra bed as we had old check in instructions - later found out that the ottoman’s were fold out single beds. Maybe needs to be added to condo info sheet on bench.

Nothing at all

The apartment and furniture are a little dated. One of 2 hooks on back of bathroom door is broken.

Très bien situé au nord de lîle avec un gros choix de plages à proximité. Une piscine à quelques pas. Un grand appartement bien équipé.

Nous n'avions pas le code de la gate en arrivant....un gardien de sécurité nous a ouvert la gate. Notre code de la portée d'entrée ne fonctionnait pas mais, par téléphone, Vasca nous en a fourni un. Et le lendemain, nous avons reçu le code de la gate. Donc, tu désagrément en arrivant vers 18hrs.

Location was great, Price was great, very clean property! cant really say anything bad about it!

I wish they had at least some salt and pepper in the kitchen ha. But that is still not really a dislike. This property was amazing!

O condomínio do Kuilima é maravilhoso

Infelizmente tratei com o booking, mas eles me direcionaram para o tal do VACASA- horroroso. Ar condicionado vazando, máquina de secar quebrada. Reclamei e não adiantou nada!!! Passei 14 dias sem máquina de secar roupas, com baratas no quarto e com ar vazando na sala!!! Não aceite nenhuma reserva que eles encaminhem para o VACASA !!!

Great location, could not be more central to Kahuku, Shark’s Cove, Haleiwa, and all the North Shore highlights. Go to the carts at Old Mill at Kahuku, very close and so good! Kitchen has blender, coffee maker, everything you need. Loved running the trails around Turtle Bay.

The pools are tiny, and taken over by large families often so you feel like an intruder. The furniture in the living room was different than pictured and while the new sectional was great for movie watching, the new fold out chair/cots were quite hard for our teens. The bed in the primary is Very Firm.
