Alles was helemaal in orde! Communicatie met de eigenaar ook heel goed verlopen, ik had wat problemen met de code van de deur maar hij reageerde super snel waardoor het heel snel was opgelost! Wij verbleven hier maar 1 nachtje met ons dochtertje maar was helemaal in orde, ook voor kleine kindjes is alles aanwezig dus heel gemakkelijk.

The property was clean, secure and spacious enough for two adults and two children under 10. Decor was modern and bedrooms were comfortable.
Only one or two minor issues such as no kettle (there was a coffee machine), but it certainly didn’t ruin our stay.

Great location, right opposite the tram into Rouen however we chose to walk there and back it was probably 25 minutes each way. Secure parking it was a bit of a squeeze but we were driving a large Volvo SUV so shouldn’t be a problem for anything smaller. Really good sized rooms and two separate toilets which was really handy. We would definitely stay here again.
It was a bit short on utensils such as corkscrew and tea towels which we purchased from the shopping centre which was a short walk away.

A modern apartment strategically located in close proximity to the city centre. Metro stop just opposite the building. Comfy mattresses. Owner was prompt in answering queries.
Booked a 4- night stay. We arrived after 17:00 and only one radiator was working (and stopped working after 1h). The second room was locked so I called the owner to have the code of it and it was even colder. Luckily there was a split aircon available but it took a while to heat the place.
Double bed linen so creased that seemed to have been already slept in. Dirty cutlery and cookware. Freezer needs defrosting. Photo attached speak for themself. The hairdryer was missing, the owner blamed the previous guests for stealing it and refused to supply another one until he was refunded. He only relented once I insisted it had nothing to do with us and we absolutely needed one. Finally Netflix isn't available at all unless you have your own account! So why advertise it?
All in all a nice apartment but management should definitely improve.
