The shower and heated bathroom floors were great

It was cold, needed better heating. Also quite over priced for an out house in someone’s back garden

Beautiful studio apartment. Wonderful space and fabulous bathroom.

With no phone coverage Wifi is a must. This property has no wifi. We stayed during unexpected cold weather - the heating was either broken or on its way there. A split system should not make the walls shake.

Provided our needs for a 5 night stay, we were warm and comfortable . only problem is accessibility from car park over narrow slight sloping path down to cottage entry , very difficult to roll heavy suitcase worse to have to carry it . very difficult also for an elderly friend who visited using a wheelie walker. we realise it is not a disabled property but a hard surface path such as paving would make entry easier for all .

The cottage was well located close to Bowral Town Centre and for easy access to the Southern Highlands. The cottage appears fairly new and facilities were well maintained and presents as shown on the booking site. Very quiet location. The bathroom facilities were excellent with underfloor heating a bonus as it was cold during our stay.

Basic kitchenette facilities but the sink (and hot/cold water) is located in the bathroom area which means a walk to the other end of the cottage to get water for the kettle etc. There is only one small mirror in the bathroom which is secured at an odd angle by wire to the shutters and is not very user friendly. No wifi/internet available which was a problem as the mobile phone signal was only one bar which made it difficult to access a hot spot.

The location was perfect just 5 mins out of Bowral. The accommodation was lovely in a beautiful setting.

My only complaint was that the Cottage did not have a decent mirror.
