The receptionist is good and kind in his attitude. Near Gandhipuram bus stand, so easily accessible. Apart from that there are no cons in this hotel.

The hotel room is Not worth it for the amount we paid for a 2 day stay. Very dissatisfied. Complement Breakfast is low average. The room is not cleaned properly. Cupboards are badly smelled. Mainly the charge for 2 days is too much, we thought the charge was high , so the room would be too good. Very Much Disappointed. Not recommended .

This was a lovely comfortable hotel with a spacious room and it was centrally located. The staff were excellent and so helpful and we had a very good evening meal in their restaurant with a lively young man serving us. Would highly recommend this hotel

The Breakfast was fresh and excellent in taste. The rooms are super clean and adequate for a business traveller.

The Room telephone can be of better quality and the Fan and lights switch closer to the working desk instead now in the other side of bed.

The Central location. Shops and good restaurants in the vicinity

The roads which reach the hotel are cramped. Self driving will be tasking during peak hours.

It is very disappointing that Hotel General Manager has informed the restaurant to reheat the rice and give for the guests. This lead me to food poisoning. Very unhygienic . Room was clean and staffs were good except a rude attitude manager who keeps on yelling everyday in the Reception. He needs to learn manners to communicate with other people.
