Great location, it was close to all the restaurants in walking distance. Across the beach. It was perfect place to stay . We enjoyed our stay .

This property had a great location was fully stocked with anything you could think of that you would need for the beach lots of extras in the kitchen well-stocked with towels. The only thing I couldn’t find that I was missing was an iron and ironing board which most people at the beach wouldn’t matter to you but I need my iron

We were a group of 6 with teens. The property was clean, had comfortable beds and was as a perfect location for beach access! There were many beach items provided. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and well done. Internet worked well and the property manager was very quick to respond when I could not find my check-in instructions.

We loved staying at the house. Everything was so nice. We loved the showers and the kitchen! The back porch was also great! It was so easy to keep the beach sand out of the house with the outdoor shower. We plan on renting this house again. It’s location was perfect for us. The fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances was wonderful to cook in. I have nothing but good things to say about the house. (My only advice is bring extra blankets and pillows if you want to use the pull out couch because there are no extras). Wonderful house!

Lots of room for 3 couples & 5 cousins to play & have quiet conversations. Backyard was green & full of things to explore. Outdoor enclosed shower was perfect for really sandy munchkins. We needed something & management responded in minutes & delivered them within 2 hours!

This was a great location for our stay in Cocoa Beach. The location is amazing with a view of the ocean from the main bedroom and a quick walk of 3-5 minutes to the water. The rooms felt spacious and comfortable. 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms was ideal for our family. Many new and recent updates to all rooms. The back patio would have been a great place to hangout but the weather was typical for a Florida summer (MUGGY!). Not only were we close to the beach, we were a quick drive to groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Proximity to the beach was probably the biggest selling point for us. The outdoor shower was not only helpful but a very wise addition to keep sand and beach debris out of the condo.
My only issues would be the pillows were less than comfortable (way too thin) and either they were down pillows or there had been a cat present recently as I had horrible allergies up until the day we drove into Orlando.

I cannot emphasize enough how what a great condo this was. It was spectacularly upgraded and fully stocked and just beautiful. Very spacious, a wonderful deck out back, and literally steps from the beach. I highly recommend booking this property. You will not be disappointed.

Overall a good experience with some hiccups. The good : very clean, accurate to photos and details. Very modernized. Host offered additional parking. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and other things to make life easier. The bad : never received a pincode to actually enter the house. Had to message the host to find out what to do but luckily she did call to explain it. It seems the host may have a middle person or assistant that handles everything and this person failed to give me the code to enter house as stated, it was failed to mention to me that an AC repair man would come to the house to check the AC. Why is there a maintenance person being sent during my trip is beyond me. There was no wifi passcode. There were a couple of messages sent to the host via Vrbo that were not answered one of them was me asking what’s the password to the wifi as this was needed for me to handle some work on my laptop. Towards the last day of my Stay I got an email with a link that explains the checkout process but also everything to expect from the host during the trip, rules, arrival, things to do and it had the wifi password on there. This seems like something that should have been sent to me before I arrived as it would have answered a lot of the questions I had.
That aside it was a good stay overall and would stay again assuming these things are handled better next time as the house itself and location was incredible
