Our family decided a Christmas holiday away from the city would be a new experience. We were so disappointed when the weather took a turn and offered a massive snow & ice storm across North America. We took the drive from Toronto slow and steady and made it to our holiday home. Lynette (our host) had decorated this brand new home for us and when we walked in it felt Christmassy and cozy - just perfect! She had kindly left our family a welcome note, gift bag and a tray of fresh fruit. My son is a chef, so he appreciated the modern, fully equipped kitchen w a large island. The open concept worked out splendidly for our family of 5 adults and 1 doggo. With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, we had plenty of space and privacy. The rooms were cozy and comfy and we loved the warmth and ambience of the fireplace. We enjoyed walks to the beach and in the friendly neighborhood. Lynette thought of everything and we all agreed that Christmas 2022 was one of the best ever. Note: We booked into the Vetta Spa in Horseshoe Valley for Boxing Day - about a 35-40 minute drive from Innisfil. We spent a relaxing few hours in all the plunge pools and steam rooms. This is a new home in a very nice neighborhood with views of the lake across the street. It is very clean, and this is coming from a person with OCD! All of the furnishings are very comfortable. It had all of the amenities we needed. I honestly wished I owned this home so I cannot think of higher praise! We will be renting this home again anytime we are in the area.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful new home in a lovely spot on Lake Simcoe. The house is spacious and bright, with beautiful views, great decor, outdoor spaces to hang out and a well stocked kitchen. From the exquisite linens to the breakfast provisions awaiting us in the fridge upon arrival, our hosts had thought of everything. And they were so helpful in providing additional information about kayak rental, local restaurants and best beaches to visit. Paddleboarding was spectacular, including a sunrise paddle. The beach is so accessible, with warm water, shallow entry and great for kids to play in. Walking trails nearby also made for a great visit. We absolutely loved staying here and give the house and our hosts Lynette and Allan the highest rating possible--thanks for your generosity, great interior design and kindness!

This home was totally new, immaculate and right across the street from beautiful Lake Simcoe. The owners did not miss a detail and made our stay in Canada and Lake Simcoe quite memorable. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend!

Brand new house with every aspect well thought out. Well stocked, clean, quality home. Lynette was the best host. She thought of every little thing. We traveled 8 hours from the US to stay here on business. Better than a hotel!
