Espectacular villa con 650 metros cuadrados , piscina privada , en el mejor resort del caribe en Casa de Campo! esta compuesta por 3 habitaciones una master y dos con doble cama matrimonial, cada una con su baño privado, piscina, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones excepto en la sala comedor , con ventiladores de techo y ventanales corredizos en toda la zona , wifi, servicio de camarera y cocinera incluso en el alquiler , desde las 8:00 am hasta las 5:00 pm.
Area de terraza con vista al golf , rodeada de jardines tropicales, ideal para descansar y compartir entre amigos y familia.

La villa se encuentra dentro de Casa de Campo , todo los huéspedes deben registrarse en la oficina del complejo por un pase que le dará acceso a los servicios del Resort unos días antes de la llegada me comunicare con usted para pedir los documentos de todos los huéspedes mayores de edad y los menores solo nombre apellido y edad . para proceder al registro

Tener presente que la tarifa vigente (Resort Fee ) para huéspedes son de 25 dólares diarios( adulto y 12 dólares menores de edad ) igualmente se hace necesario que todo visitante que no tenga calidad de propietario sea debidamente registrado por un propietario o apoderado, El registro permitirá que se le expida una tarjeta de identificación, con la que podrán disfrutar sin contratiempos de todas las facilidades y servicios ofrecidos por el Resort.

We chose to ignore the review that said the manager was a bad communicator. That was our fault..
We tried for weeks to get the address of the property, after paying in full and did not receive the address until the day we were arriving. VRBO says you will get it a month before you go. That didn't happen. House manager Karen doesn't understand or care what VRBO rules are.
We were asked to pay in full the day we arrived for our golf cart rental, so we did. An hour later we were stranded on someone's lawn, the golf cart we had rented for 4 days did not have any gas in it. We contacted the manager (called 5 times, emailed, texted), heard back from her 4 hours later after paying security guys in Casa de Campo to go get gas for us.. I will say here we love Casa de Campo. Other people were helpful, kind, really wonderful.. Karen was the pits! She then called her golf cart people and they brought a second golf cart THAT ALSO HAD NO GAS IN IT! So we kept the one we had put gas in. She did not reimburse us for gas, for the time we lost dealing with her bad management. I feel sorry for the owner of the house. It is otherwise a lovely home, but Karen ruins it.
The house is spotless. We liked the housekeeper very much. The cook was alright.
We stayed in another house after this one, which was run beautifully! The manager took perfect care of us, the cook was amazing, and we got to relax and love Casa de Campo.
You've been warned.

Having been to Casa de Campo before, I was disappointed by my experience. First off, I want to say the housing staff was great. No complaints with them at all. However, Karen the property manager is something else. Just before our arrival, she left on vacation, leaving us in her hands of her assistant Gloria. Upon arrival at the villa, we were greeted by house staff and they had to leave within 5 minutes before they missed the bus. All of the time we rent in casa de campo, the property manager greets us at the villa and shows us around. Not here! In fact, Karen said she never does that. I rented a golf cart through Karen (come to find out she owns and profits from the golf carts). The first cart we rented didn't work properly. It was exchanged for another cart that broke down in the middle of the street (with two small children). When I reached out to Gloria and Karen ("on vacation"), I was dismissed and told by Karen, I should just rent elsewhere then. Instead of trying to fix the situation, she ignored my calls and cared less whether my family and I made it home safely. The villa provides everything you need but do not expect central AC. There is AC in the bedrooms but the minute you walk into the common areas, it's a sauna. The house did have central AC but the owner has not fixed it. Overall I would refrain from renting this villa if it continues being managed by Karen. In fact, do not rent from any Casa de Campo villa if Karen manages it.

We have been to Casa many times. Cereza 12 was perfect for us. Loved the location. Erika the house cook was very helpful. Karen the owner rep was super. We rent our house on vrbo as well so we know what it takes. We will be back! Gracias por todo!
