Absolutely beautiful location! Loved everything about it!

My kids and I stayed here for three nights. The location was perfect, and the easy access to the beach was such a nice change compared to larger complexes that we’ve visited before. The beach wasn’t too crowded, with more of a relaxed family atmosphere. The condo was comfortable and super cute with plenty of space for us. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

The condo was exactly what we needed, the views from the balcony are amazing! Katie was very easy to get in touch with and even reached out a couple of times after we arrived to make sure we didnt need anything. Definitely would stay here again!

This condo is in a perfect location! Our parking space was closest to the beach which made loading and unloading beach supplies a breeze. There are 2 flights of stairs to climb (no elevator) but it wasnt bad for us. Convenient store was a block away (grocery, liquor, souvenirs) and a really good ice cream shop! This is really nice because we could just walk there and not have to load back up in the car. Balcony had a great view. Bedrooms were on the smaller size and didnt have much of a dresser to keep your clothes but we just kept everything in our suitcase and it worked fine. Washer and dryer was a blessing since we had two small children and those beach towels needed to be washed often. All together this place was great and I highly recommend!

My only complaint is that our parking stall was right next to the sand wash station so we had to walk through water and sand every time we got in and out of our car but other than that the place was nice.

We had a perfect vacation! Would def come back! Thanks again!

This was one of the best stays we have had! This property is truly beach front and has beautiful views of the water from every room and just steps from the beach. We loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the beach view. The home was just what we needed. The queen bed was very comfortable which was a huge bonus! We couldn’t have asked for a better visit and would book here again next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Katie Ann’s property was exactly as pictured and described. We had some trouble with parking warnings from the facility, but Katie Ann contacted the property and took care of it within minutes. About a 20 minute or so walk to The Hangout, so it is centrally located. We were super comfortable fitting 4 people here! Would stay again!!!

The property was very clean and all you had to do is go out through your patio doors and there was the ocean. Very convenient Which made for a relaxing vacation. Kids loved it.

I cannot say enough about how great this location is. Beach view is amazing, just steps away from the part of the beach that was not swamped with people. It is close to all restaurants and activities. Everything was as advertised in the unit. Check in and check out was flawless and hostess was amazing and responsive. Great stay over all for my family.

Several family members booked condos at Sunchase during spring break. Our unit became the gathering place for hanging out. They commented that we had the best unit with the absolutely best gulf views. It was beyond our expectation.

We loved the location of this condo, great beach views and parking was so close that we could just load and unload beach stuff each day. Everything was smooth and easy from location to check in/check out and Katie Ann was so easy to get in touch with when we had questions. We are definitely saving this listing for future visits!

Everything about our stay at Sunchase 201 was perfect. Katie was wonderful to communicate with and we felt very comfortable with her as our host. She really was great! The condo was clean and perfect for my husband and myself. It was equipped with everything we needed. The view was amazing. I miss sitting out on the balcony already. It was close to town. We had our own parking space underneath the complex and had no issues getting in and out. It was just a wonderful three weeks there. I would rent again from Katie in a heartbeat!

The condo itself was very nice - clean, practically new stainless appliances, furnishings, etc. But the really outstanding factors are more in the location including: 1) and amazing panoramic view of the Gulf - a far better view than any condo we have previously rented, and 2) a laid back, uncrowded and relaxing setting. I can't think of any beach area with quite as much serenity. Our realization just after we arrived and with an amazing sunset, was that the deck was the place we wanted to be. IT was our real destination, and we simply did not need to do much in the way of sightseeing - "we were already there." Even the traffic was quite minimal. Also Katie was very responsive to any questions/needs that we had.

This property was amazing! It was perfect for my small family. Everyday I sat on the balcany (which faces the ocean/beach), listened to/watched the ocean and relaxed, it was lovely!

We had a great stay! It was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The location is great and we loved the access to the beach.

The location and views were perfect for our getaway. I wasn't sure if I got the end unit facing the beach, but I did! Definitely recommend staying here.

We went in late September (considered off season) but the weather was perfect for our toddler and 4 month old. We were afraid the hurricane would make us cancel but it worked out. Because it was off season we got a great price. It was very convenient to be right on the beach with two small children. My kid loved her “new home”. It was clean, nice, and accommodating. It does not have a tub-which may be difficult for bathing little ones but it worked out fine. Also (just like every rental) take time to go through all cabinets and drawers. All cabinets here were clear of chemicals/cleaners! Thanks! We did have to move around some knives etc but that is our responsibility as parents. The sliding door was pretty heavy so Our child could not open it. The front door had an upward turn mechanism so she could not figure it out as well. However we did bring a removable child lock strap just in case. We also brought removable chimed security boxes ($20ish bucks) in case she did open it while we were asleep and for security purposes. Our baby slept in a small bassinet. You may be able to fit a pack n play in master but I believe the bed moves so you could push it over a little if it would not fit. There are some stairs to get to the unit and no elevators but this was not an issue for our family. Upstairs neighbors were quiet (though I’m sure if it’s rental tenants could change). The balcony is shared (which we knew) so keep in mind people could walk past sliding door but I think it is just one other unit on that side and it did not happen often. There are also heavy duty privacy curtains there. It did not keep us from enjoying the balcony. Just keep eye on little ones because around the corner it leads to stairs and other units. It was a convenient location as well close to many shops and food. We pay for W grocery delivery and they delivered to us here.. even adult beverages which our city does not allow. Stay here you won’t regret it! We will definitely be back if the price remains the same next year!

Great location we had a great time. Went to the Shrimp Festival it was easy getting in & out with the shuttle buses provided by the city.

2nd floor....semi private balcony.....ocean view.....perfect weather.....everything was great! We enjoyed out stay and look forward to booking again.
