The property was as described, clean, and in the perfect location for my family and I. All accommodations were above what was expected and communication was kind and responsive. Highly recommend.

We had an overall great stay. The property manager stayed in contact to make sure everything was going okay. They were very accommodating with many things like bringing our pup down last minute.

We had the best MDW at seaside heights. This rental is literally STEPS from the boardwalk. Beach passes and parking permit included. It is also right next door to daily parking lots which were $25 a day and allowed us to stay overnight (we had multiple vehicles). The property was clean and there was an abundance of beach towels available. The listing is completely accurate and everything was in order. The apartment is actually bigger than I imagined. Owner and management were extremely accommodating. Thank you so much for a great stay! We hope to rent again soon!

Property is in perfect location, house is clean and has everything you need. Rooms are good size

1 block from the beach/boardwalk. My 80 year old parents were able to navigate it all. Less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach (4 beach passes inc. ) Less than a 5 minute walk to the rides and games. Only one parking place and it’s tight but manageable. They offer a second parking pass and we easily parked on the street. Easy check in and out. I hope to be back!

This property was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable and so close to the beach/boardwalk. Would definitely recommend this property.

-The condo was very nice. We had four adults and ababy and we had plenty of room.
-You can't beat the location. We were across the streey from the beach and boardwalk.
-I did have difficulty parking my second car (only one space per unit)

Great time
Great place which was perfect for the amount of people we had with us. Very clean and close to the boardwalk and of course the JERSEY SHORE house. Great week filled with many memories.

Awesome
As soon as we opened the door we were so impressed! Everything was clean and it made you feel like you were home. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for more. The location was perfect and the property manager made the whole rental process very easy. We plan on going back next year and renting this again.

Great condo
The condo was in the best location (1 block from the beach) and was very nice! The listing was spot on, the owner went above and beyond to make this condo feel like home. Everything we needed was provided except towels, again the owner went above and beyond to stick the condo with everyday essentials.
Tina, the property manager was extremely helpful, she called with updates and made sure we were happy.
I would book this condo again in a heartbeat!

amazing place in go
when you have to rent in Seaside it’s always a little scary to see what the place is going to actually look like but the place in person looked even better than the pictures . it was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk and parking was really easy. it’s by the beach that is less crowded so it’s super nice. The property manager was really easy to get in touch with. The only thing is the parking lot of the unit is very difficult to get into but other than that other cars have to park on the road or find overnight parking. We didn’t find it to be a big deal
