Overall, it was a great location, plenty of room for our group of ten, there were a few kinks to work out but the team from Avant stay were great. I gave four stars because the floors definitely hadn’t been cleaned and it could use a fresh coat of paint and some small fixes but we had a great time and the beds and baths were great.

Our stay was pretty flawless. We loved the house and to be honest it was just as great as the pictures showed.. every thing was clean and tidy and well organized..We had plenty of utensils to use in the house and outside the house for our dinners...overall we had a very pleasant stay..the only thing that we was a little disappointed in was the hot tub/spa..To be honest they did post on the site you must pay to heat the pool/hot tub which wasn't cheap so we passed..But ive never seen a place charge you to heat the hot tub or as my wife called it a luke warm bubbly tub. I understand charging to heat the pool but just strange to heat what should already be hot..But other then that it was awesome and we would stay here again.

Home is very nice and clean and well supplied. this accommodations worked well for our families. Would have liked for the alarm leading to backyard/pool to work, this was not working. we were not happy with the access to the beach when the ad indicated only .3 of a mile,it was actually over .6 to actual access. we would have liked to known what is supplied for beach/pool, I asked this question,was told we had to rent, upon arriving found a notice and room full of items we could use. It would have been nice if light switches were labeled in larger rooms

The house was perfect for our group. When we first arrived we had to do some extra cleaning (stuff on floors, refrigerator dirty/sticky). Otherwise a great property.

Wonderful time in Florida! The owners of the property were wonderful to deal with and the home is gorgeous. Everything was in working order and their graciousness helped make the vacation. Totally memorable. We absolutely plan to come again.
