Water didn't drain easily/effectively from the tub/shower. Not a fan of plastic on the beds. Otherwise a fine place to stay.

The bathtub in the hallway pulled water, so you were standing in water during your shower.

Property was great, great views as listed. Close to everything you could need. Only complaint is parking can get tricky, sometimes you gotta park far away but not a big deal

After searching for somewhere quiet and low key to vacation this year we chose Oak Island. The location is perfect it’s not too far from town either Oak Island or South Port. Very peaceful and place to stay. The room was clean and very presentable when we walked in. Has all of the amenities that you’ll need. The balcony which is where we spent most of our time when in the room.Has plenty of seating but the chairs will take their toll after a while. (Hard). The bathrooms and showers were nice with plenty of hot water. We had a great time and would love to stay here again. The room does however need some attention the couches are WORN out. The beds are tired and could use new mattresses. The ocean front room does not cool like the rest of the condo. The ceiling fan is almost pointless, it does not move air. The front room (parking lot side) has a much smaller fan and lighting set up and that little fan WORKS. Again these are not complaints at all. Just things that we has a family noticed that need to be updated. Still a great condo and time! 5 stars!

This condo unit had everything we needed during our stay. Great access to the beach. Communication with the owner had a quick response. ,

A good time was had by all! Overall the condo was a good experience. A couple of negatives were that you could hear our neighbors above us very easily when they were walking on the floor and speaking loudly. If possible I think marking the parking spaces with unit numbers would be helpful for where to park and not cause any confusion with your neighbors.

We booked a beach vacation last minute and it was during the hurricane. We managed to dodge it as much as possible. Master needs a king size bed and bunk bed in guest room was very unstable. It's an older condo but nice. Views were gorgeous. We were thankful for the sand dunes during the storm. Thank you!

Sunset Reset has recently undergone some renovation and looks great. The staff at iTrip made our reservation process simple, and welcomed us with a lovely swag bag. Can't wait to get back to our favorite vacation spot.
