We had an amazing week. This house is fabulous and everything was so clean. We had everything we needed and enjoyed every minute. Golf carts were great, the bikes wonderful, location so convenient, quiet, and peaceful. Had a lovely lightening display one night and we loved watching it from the living area. The light in the living room/den area is fabulous! Love all the light!
The bedrooms worked out so well, kitchen well equipped and joy to use—bathrooms were spacious and water pressure so good—a huge plus! We highly recommend this home.

The space was wonderful for our blended family and friends trip to the beach. We had 4 kids under 5, and a grandma and the space worked well for all of us. Love the double decks and the overall layout of the space. All the bedrooms are on one side and living space on the other. So we could put the kiddos to bed, and still hang out without disrupting them.

My family loved this recently updated and very comfortable home on BHI. The house worked perfectly for us and we will be back! We have rented homes at Bald Head before and some of them are a little too loved and need major updating. This home was in amazing condition! The golf carts were in great condition and fast. Definitely look at this home for your stay at BHI!

This house was perfect for our family trip to Bald Head. The views from the main living area are gorgeous and the porches are the perfect spot to sip on drinks and relax. It’s a great location, easy to get to the main marina as well as the market. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook during our entire stay. The owners always quickly responded to all messages and very friendly. The house was clean, cozy, and perfect for a large family or multiple families looking for a vacation rental.

Erin accommodated me and my party for our wedding week by allowing us a early checkin and worked with us on a check out. The process was great and real smooth.

We loved the house here and the hosts were awesome they answered me very quickly and the house had lots of beds to fit our family and secluded just all around a great vacation thanks so much for helping make this possible for us!!!!

If you want to be close to the Bald Head Island beach, but don’t want to be on one of the golf cart main drags or near a lot of beach foot traffic, this is the home for you. It’s walking or a short cart-ride distance from beach access points, but tucked away on a very quiet street facing the golf course. The kitchen and bathrooms are recently updated. The home has all of the amenities, including two golf carts. The booking process was seamless and host Erin Pate was very accessible and helpful. If we could “Tern Back Time” we’d do it all over again.
