This stay was exactly how it is pictured. Absolutely lovely and clean. The owners were so friendly and super accommodating. The home is in a great location and the view is stunning. If you’re looking for an enjoyable weekend getaway with your spouse or a family vacation for the week this house will has so much to keep you occupied during your stay! Would definitely recommend! 10/10

My family and I had the opportunity to stay at Kimberly and Michael’s home for an extended weekend. Their home was incredibly clean and the layout was perfect. We spent most of our stay in the fenced in backyard and the movie theater downstairs. I caught most of NFL’s Sunday football on their massive movie theater screen and I didn’t want to leave. The house is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cups, glasses, etc. we will absolutely be back and happy to have made some great memories.

This was the perfect place to stay for the weekend. Not far from the football stadium. The area was beautiful and loved all the views you get from the wall of windows. This is a great place to stay with another family with all the sleeping spaces on three different floors. We would definitely stay here again only we would love to stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental! The kids were enthralled the entire time with the games, books, arcade, hot tub, theater room and more. The hosts thought of everything from night lights in the bathroom to buckets for popcorn in the theater room. The layout was perfect for our 3 families. Thanks so much for the wonderful time!

The house was great for the 10 of us (9 over 16, 1 baby). Everyone had a bed and there were tons of options for people to relax without feeling in top of each other. We used the screened in poker room for puzzles, the great room for board games, and the front porch for morning coffee/reading.
I reached out to the owners multiple times during our stay for advice on swimming, hiking, etc. They always responded very quickly with great information.
We spent time on Douglas Lake, in Pigeon Forge, and in Gatlinburg. While we could walk to the lake, there was no place to get in or sit by it. There is a boat ramp, but no dock. However, it was just a 10 minute drive to the public swimming area and marina. And we found it quite nice to just sit on the large porch or by the fire pit. There are also a couple restaurants 5 minutes away with seating by the lake. Note that they are only open Thu-Sun.
Everyone, including the baby, had a great time and we would certainly return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the house. The owners did a really nice job of making sure things were ready when we got there. It was very comfortable and relaxing. The communication back-and-forth before we got there was great… They even gave us a lot of suggestions on things we could do while we were in the area.

This property was located just off the beaten path from Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge but not too far away so we were able to do tourist things while we visited. The host had decorated nicely for the holiday and we had everything we needed upon arrival. It was great to have the games outside as well as the theater room and gaming system in the basement. These things helped to keep everyone entertained from our 7 year old to the adults. The hot tub was nice and the views were awesome! Thanks for hosting.

We celebrated Christmas at this beautiful home and had a wonderful time. The owners had a lot of attention to detail with everything in the home (light switches and remotes labeled, dog trash can with bags in the backyard, multiple fridges, etc). The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful with any questions. Highly recommend this beautiful home with spectacular views!

This home has everything you could ever need! They quickly responded to anything and everything. They accommodated us for a holiday weekend. The home is beautiful and not far from the lake. 10/10 will be staying again anytime we come to the area.

This property is beautiful and perfect for my large family. (7 adults and 4 kids). Everyone had a bed, no blow-ups. Great views on a gorgeous lake. Off the beaten path so no traffic issues but yet very close to anything you want to do. Boating, hiking, Dollywood, etc! Plus house comes with tons of family activities for everyone to enjoy! Ping pong, movie room, bags, games, fishing poles, poker table, etc. ). House was clean, comfy beds and the best hosts I’ve ever experienced. Extremely responsive no matter the question. They were fantastic to deal with. Would easily stay again. Highly recommend!
