Our RV comfortably sleeps a family of 6 - however could sleep more if needed. We do provide delivery and set-up : subject to availability. We have a strict no pet policy and take pride in maintaining the cleanliness of the RV. *Photos updated Sept 2023* Like new farmhouse chic design. Kitchen includes large kitchen sink, stove top and microwave, stocked all the essentials for preparing a meal. All basic kitchen utensils provided, toaster, one cup coffee pot, plates/bowls/cups/silverware. Please note there is no oven. Private master with doors for privacy has queen bed. Large dining/living area. Private bunkhouse includes two twins (top bunks) and a full size bed; full size bed has upgraded mattress. Smart TV, recliners & electric fireplace in living area. Trailer requires 30amp for all electrical hook up, nothing is run off of the battery. Please note that if you are requesting delivery the website automatically shows 4PM, however these times can vary and need to be discussed privately when booking, thank you for understanding.
