We only booked for our first night in Portugal because the appartement looked nice and it was only 1,5 hrs from Lisbon airport. When we arrived super exhausted after our flight and endless waiting for the rental car we found out that we ended up in a sustainable Hippie-paradise! Reminded me a lot of backpacking in Australia 23 years ago. We were lucky and it was pizza night (saturday), super yummy all-you-can-eat stone oven pizza for 10€! Excellent breakfast, too. Everyone was very nice and the appartment was spacious and spotless clean with comfy beds. It is also possible to swim in the canal, with view on ricefields (south east Asia feelings…). You can also rent glamping tents. It‘s a good idea to check their website before you go there. If you like special places to stay and are open minded, don‘t hesitate and book!

Great community feeling, great to relax

The people from the community are super nice, accommodating and sweet. The apartment was spacious and great too. We enjoyed the experience!

The area around is not super beautiful and probably in summer it’s extremely hot. But for the purpose of our short stay it was perfect.

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the whole place. Also appreciated the decor, nice and cosy. I lived in Dk for a while so was really fun to find a few items that reminded me of the culture (the Tuborg crate and the books in danish). We loved having breakie and a business meeting on the seating area right outside the apartment. Sadly we couldn't enjoy the Yoga workshop as we had to go, maybe next time. Let's hope our business goes through and we visit you frequently - with luck we'll get to meet you. Also loved the friendly greeting from the dogs and cats on site.

The access road and something you can't change unless you change the windws...the noise of the road as it affected my sleep.
