Nice home with all the right amenities. Hot tub was a nice addition to the trip - perfect way to end a day after riding. Convenient to Coler and just minutes from everything. Hosts were responsive and friendly.

The Coler Lounge property was a great choice for our getaway. It was clean and well equipped. Its central location made it easy for us to enjoy all that Bentonville had to offer. The host was super responsive to questions and made checkin/checkout a breeze.

This was our first time in Bentonville and we’re happy to find out how great the location of this property was. Quick trip to the trails or to town. It was also very clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed the hot tub after biking all day!

We came here to celebrate our daughter's wedding. The location of this home was very convenient to shopping, pampering, walking trails and food. The home was clean and the hottub was very relaxing.

This property is just perfect for those that want to take on the Coler Bike Trails. Great location, perfectly clean, and has a garage to store bikes with racks and all the trail maps. Communication was great with the owner. Would diffently recommend and we would love to come back.

Great location. Rideable distance to Coler Bike Park. The house was very clean. Beds were very comfortable after a long day of riding. Garage has a perfect set up for bikes and repairs. We had a total of 9 bikes and there was plenty of room for all of them. The video game was a hit for all ages. Highly recommend this location.

Great location and perfect for MTB the area. Trails right out side the door. Minutes from town and easy access to all major roads to get you to other trails. Kitchen is well stocked and linens are good quality. House is set up for MTBs and the garage is perfect. Even tools and pump for bikes. Disappointed in the hot tub. Also the sectional in the living room is not as big as it looks in the pictures. Otherwise this is a great stay.

Overall,
I really enjoyed my stay. If I visit the area again, I would definitely consider renting this house again. It contains a cozy and clean space which always is like home away from home.

The house was amazing! Quiet neighborhood, lovely furnishings and centrally located to what we came to see. After a busy day, the hot tub was the cherry on top. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.
