The size

The cleanliness was awful, seemed like the beds had been made, but nothing else. Everything was dusty and looked like it hadn’t been wiped down. There was a dirty used toilet brush, the dishwasher stunk of fish. A dirty used coffee cup was left on the side. The walls had stains on them, which I would rather not know what were from. Also the kitchen doors which gained access to outside didn’t shut or lock, which meant the property had to be left open during the night and day. The list goes on… This was all because we were moved from our original property (that cost more to stay in) was infested with bed bugs.

The property is a good size in a good location.

There’s not a space where everyone can sit together which is a shame. We like to sit and play card games but as a group of ten there was a 4 person table and 5 seats on a sofa. The kitchen said fully equipped it isn’t by far. We brought cereal for breakfast and there wasn’t a single bowl and two small frying pans which makes cooking for ten challenging. The sink was full of dirty water and blocked when we arrived also as wel as both toilet doors having no locks

beds were comfy and the place was clean location was ok for everything we wanted to do we could of walked if weather wasn't so bad

the window in one of the rooms on top floor did not shut at all and was wide open all the time very cold and blind didn't close there was no dishwasher no garden or no bar which is all listed in the facilities also there was no washing up bowl or plug for the sink in the kitchen which made washing up difficult sofa is broken on one of the seats says its beachfront property which this is definitely not no bins in any of the rooms the kitchen/dining room isn't a big as the picture leads you to believe its quite hard to find as well

Location was perfect, right on a street with lots of shops and facilities. The balcony was lovely. The hosts were very good and communicative

Minor damage through out the property, but nothing that would stop me from staying there. Plus, I got onto the hosts about this and they were very understanding and promised to get it looked after

Worked great for a stag do, location was good for walking to anywhere.

Late check in 4 o’clock then got a phone call saying the bedding would arrive a little later which is fine, but not ideal also git told the kitchen would get another once over as hadn’t been cleaned and that didn’t happen we weren’t to bothered as didn’t eat there lots of restaurants nearby and takeaways

Fab location. Clean enough. Would recommend for value for money stay. 5 mins to the beach. Right next to restaurants cafes bars.

Kitchen not well equipped to cook for 8/9 people. Saucepans too small. No Bowls Limited crockery and kitchen utensils. Small table and not enough chairs.

Perfect for the team to get on and do what needed to be done, Access and egress was great and the restaurant opposite was a huge benefit
