The house and location was absolutely amazing. You are away steps away from beach. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

The house was exactly as advertised. Super quick access to the beach, that was essentially private. We had an issue with the dishwasher and the host was super responsive and got it taken care of. House had everything we needed to cook for 14. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely rental, all amenities were just great ! Had elevator issue but owner was right on it for repair. Would rent again.

Very nice property in a family friendly location. The property has anything you need to enjoy your vacation. There is minimal traffic and lots of privacy. The property is equipped an elevator making it easy to move in and out. The interior is well laid out creating a very open living space. The top level has a very large screened in deck great for enjoying the evening. Overall, very nice property with sufficient space for large family vacations.

This house was just across the street from the row of houses lining the shore. Broadkill Beach felt like a private beach with only a few access points for the general public. We really felt like we had the beach to ourselves! The house was comfortable, well appointed, and spacious. Everything was new, the kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook up large meals every night. Recommend bringing binoculars to see the birds out over the marsh in the back and it was easy enough to rent linens that were delivered and picked up. Lovely home through and through!

This home is the perfect vacation spot. It’s ideally located on the private Broadkill Beach. It’s away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything. The home was well appointed with everything you need to cook. It also has fun for the kids with bikes, kayaks, and a ping pong table. Fires on the beach at night made for the best family time. Coffee at sunrise and sunset in the large screened in porch was tranquil. Our family had the best and most relaxing time. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

As soon as we pulled on South Bayshore I knew I would fall in love with the area.. We had the most amazing time. Fire’s on the beach, easy access to the beach and a beautiful huge house.. We will for sure be back again..
