Comfortable bed, warm, attractive room and very nice bathroom, with bath and balcony.
Friendly host who recommended local restaurant to us.
On street parking. We did find somewhere luckily.
We weren’t offered extra coffee in the morning and there was no bottled water in the room.
Unfortunately Chantal does not speak English but her son was there to help translate.

The room is very large and well appointed with ensuite bathroom. The furnishings and fixtures are to a very high standard. Chantal is a great hostess, making delicious breakfast and able to recommend restaurants and other services. The location is perfect, about 5 minutes from the station and also 5 minutes to the high street. Lens is a lovely town to visit for 2-3 days.

Engaging host, good location, spacious rooms with modern en-suite bathrooms, tasty breakfasts. Parking is on the street, but host was very helpful in finding us a nearby spot initially and explaining how it worked. We also really liked the nearby restaurant she recommended.

Chantal-Marie is quite charming and a very attentive host. The breakfast was excellent. She made us feel quite at home. The dupleix we were staying in was welcoming and the beds very comfortable.
The upstairs area was very hot - though we were staying on the hottest day of the year (38degC!!).
The sizeable AC unit did not cool the upstairs space, I think it must have been faulty (this was reported to Chantal-Marie at checkout, so I'm sure it will be fixed)

Very kind host who made me a delicious breakfast and even drove me to my meeting.
The water in the shower did turn only luke warm.

It was an excellent experience our stay there. The breakfast and Chantal Marie and everything in her place was excellent. She is a great woman and helped us with everything, because we had to confront a sudden car damage and she was with us every moment! We completely recommend this place if you want to enjoy real hospitality! Thank you Chantal Marie❤️

The location is centre of town so parking was the only issue but walking distance to everywhere. The welcome was fabulous - so friendly and positive. She showed us to the 2 rooms we'd booked and kept asking if we were happy or could she help. They were large, high ceiling rooms 1 with a balcony albeit over the road I still enjoyed it. The breakfast was very tasty and we would heartily recommend this hotel.

Chantal Marie was most accommodating.....we only booked first night and she had no problem with us stayi extra night. Apartment was very quaint and had full kitchen if you were to stay longer. Location was perfect close to everything Chantal prepared wonderful french breakfasts .....we also had 2 nights dinner which we both enjoyed (paid extra...but worth every euro) ....conversation with her and her son David were thought provoking and went well with the red wine :)
Lens has a marvellous new museum called the louvre-lens ....we walked to it from our apt.
Good place to get shuttle to Vimy!
The stairs are a challenge narrow and steep for taking suitcases up and down
I forgot that the 2nd floor is really the third floor🙃 and there is an extra set of stairs in the 2 level apt which was not good for older people navigating up the stairs to relieve themselves in the night! Solved problem by using upstairs bedroom......bingo ...slept well:)

Chantel was a delightful host. The room was fine but the bath/shower arrangement was very strange.
The odd bath/shower arrangement. Some road noise but quietened down at night.
