Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, the sink did not work and I had informed the company which managed my booking. They told me it shouldn’t be an issue and it wasn’t our fault. However, when it was time for my bond to return. i had been charged extra amount for the sinks repair. I had to do several calls to get my money back. The man i spoke to on the phone was not helpful and was adamant on not returning my money.Other than that, the property was good and had nice facilities such as a pool and tennis court.

This is a beautiful house with immaculate yard perfect for children to run and play, the heated pool was the best part for us.. We will definitely be back

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely amazing! From the moment we set foot into the property we were amazed by the cleanliness, comfortability, spacing, and the wide range of entertainment. The whole family enjoyed the stay and will definitely recommend this to friends. Located only 5 minutes from One Mile beach and a few minutes from the local shopping mall, the location of the property was perfect! Thank you to the staff at Stay Port Stephens, very professional and helpful with our phone calls!
