We enjoyed our stay. The property was nice and spacious for our family and beds were comfortable.

We had a fantastic time while staying at this home. It was very spacious and had wonderful amenities. Checking in and checking out was as simple as could be. We would definitely stay at this location again.

The house was very clean and in good condition. It had a nice patio with a charcoal grill in a large fenced in back yard that we took advantage of and enjoyed. There were games and a pool table. There was plenty of room inside the house including a fully functioning kitchen. If staying in the area, we definitely recommend

My wife and I rented this property for a combined work/pleasure vacation while my son was in the area for his team’s spring break and games. The owner was very informative and responsive and the property worked well for our needs. We would absolutely rent this property again if we return to the Fayetteville area.

Property owner is nice and flexible. Property is nice if you don’t have good vision or you’re wearing beer goggles. The thought is there but it’s done hurried and messy. There are various places where there is stuff (snot?) smeared on the walls, screws sticking out of many walls, push pins everywhere, tape remnants on ceilings & walls, a 2 year old painted things there is paint markings in rooms that don’t have that color, and there was no regard to painters tape, baseboards, mirrors, outlet and switch plates, ceilings were painted the wall color. NOT a quiet place to sleep. Neighbors dog barked ALL NIGHT LONG. Outside furniture wasn’t setup for our arrival. We would have used it if it were but after a long day who wants to set up patio and fire pit furniture!? Pool ques have no tips and are unraveling. Board games don’t have any of the pieces A big heap of tires in the back corner of the property. Kitchen cabinets are stuck closed by who knows what and there’s old food in one of them, one you pry it open. There is remnants of a lock on the master like someone were to be lock in there Bra on the floor behind the master closet door Electrical box in closet wide open Parts of sheet rock just missing or peeled off Kitchen ceiling above stove looks like there may have been a fire! Neighborhood is just a trash heap.

Property managers responded quickly and very friendly! The property has minor issue like the washer has a slow leak. Overall good experience and conveniently located close to areas I required.
