Only the spacious villa with 4 bedrooms,

1. No internet throughout the stay 2. Not even basic towell, matras or pool facilities to lie on 3. The distance to the nearest mallvLeopards hill mall and Bauleni is farther Than indicated on the websites. 4. No eating places in the neighborhood 5. Impossible to get yango at night in that area due to the distance 6.A disturbing stench in the main ensuite bathroom of the main bedroom 7. Poorly equipped kitchen not even a chopping board or pan

I had a very pleasant stay, and the host Chichi was very gracious and quick to respond. Pamela and Mr Mbewe also looked after me very well. They were polite and always on hand to assist whenever needed. I love the privacy and security that the facility provides, and highly recommend this wonderful villa whenever you are in Lusaka and are looking for a quiet place, that is not too far from the mainland and all other amenities.

The house was big, spacious and very clean. There were 2 staff on site (separate house) who were great. For us, the best thing was the backup battery system that powered 2 sockets, lights and the WiFi during the 6-12 hour Lusaka load shedding - much appreciated!

The kitchen was a little sparse, but had everything necessary. There were no mirrors in the rooms or bathrooms except for the main bedroom. All minor things, which didn't detract from a great place. The house is situated in a quiet residential area quite far from main roads. The staff were able to provide transport at a competitive rate, but be aware that there aren't many options if you don't bring your own vehicle.

The place is quiet and very secure, and the host was welcoming and easy to talk to.

Power going on and off in the whole area was a major concern, which was due to a number of factors beyond the owner's capabilities.

Very good stay, the villa was excellent with large rooms and a great pool. We also held our wedding here and it was fantastic, everyone enjoyed the stay. The owner was exceptional and very proactive in resolving issues. highly recommended
