The location was good
Nothing like the photos , access was terrible though doors that were not maintained and impossible to open and close

Both lights in the bedside lamps were not working. They were blown.

Liked the Motel building itself. Liked the security. Acon/heating was gr8. Liked the location. Liked the quick response from customer service.
Didn't like lack of towel change and lack of cleaning. We were left a week without linen changed. We had to buy cleanig products to clean glasses and cups with. One light bulb was broken. Ironing board was broken.

The rooms were apparently pleasant ,bed comfortable,clean.
One room had no working heating. Bendigo temperature was 2° overnight. Same room had no working bedside lights. There were lamps there, but didn’t work.
Other room had a TV. But that didn’t work. No milk in either room…..a basic staple in every other place I’ve stayed in, and we’ll,e after a long drive.

A very cold weekend in Bendigo showed up the accommodation's poor (& noisy) A/C, lack of bathroom heating and poorly sealed windows.

It was very cold. There was no hairdryer in the room. There was only one sachet of coffee and very little tea bags. The bedside lamps - neither of them worked. There were only 2 towels and they were hard

Location was great. Close to where we needed to go for our stay and very close to the city centre and groceries etc.
Communication from hosts was rubbish! Thought it was a scam! I sent emails and called multiple times but didn’t get a confirmation of booking until 2 hours before check in time.
Booking not as described. Although clean, beds only had ‘dress’ pillows so had worst sleep ever and a sore neck and back! Also no Netflix. Was able to watch Amazon prime only because some random didn’t log out of their account - poor form!

There were no tea bags or milk but then again there weren’t any cups to use anyway

The bed was very uncomfortable it slopped towards the pillows and was very uncomfortable terrible little sleep.

The room was very well presented and close to the facilities that we needed to attend
The pillows are really not acceptable this resulted in an uncomfortable sleep unfortunately
The ironing board had been hung up broken obviously it was not picked up in previous cleans
Outdoor seating would be nice unless the table has been placed inside as it’s an outdoor table ??
Car park gate needs some attention as we had to ring as unable to access

The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable. The off street parking was great.
Our room was at the front and was on a very busy and extremely noisy road, particularly on a Saturday night when we stayed. The garden fence at the front doesn't do anything to reduce noise. I would also expect that for a double room there would be shampoo and conditioner for 2 people.
