Rooms and Bathrooms were not clean, mattress and bed were not clean.

Only the bed was decent

No lift in a three floor property. The staff did not even to carry luggage to the third floor. Room electrical fittings were all sticking out of the wall. The fan regulator knob was missing. The bathroom was dirty and the water faucet holder was broken.

The rooms were clean and big, the food was decent

On the last day, my father's phone got stolen from the hotel lobby. It was early morning so there were only few staffs and the manager at the lobby so I am sure one of the hotel staff stole it. On asking to see the cctv footage, they made excuses that they don't have the footage from that time. How is it possible that they don't have footage from that specific time when the phone was stolen? So convenient. It's pathetic that the manager tried to save a criminal just out of fear that his hotel's reputation will be at stake.

No towels, no proper lighting, no water in tap

The location is not bad, but dusty outside

Room is average, cleanness is below average, no lift, room itself missing kettle , glass and sanatory items. Overall all room size is fine, but staff are lazy and poorly maintained rooms.

I really liked the homely vibe and location
