Very nice hotel at the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Nice buffet both for breakfast and lunch/dinner.
I just wish the drinks were delivered faster to the table. Sometimes we had already finished eating before we got our tea/coffe for breakfast or the wine for dinner. Why not have a coffe/tea station where the guests can get there own since it’s included in the price, at least for breakfast?

We stayed at this hotel before and after a dive trip last year. Came again this year and it did not disappoint. Some of the staff remembered us. The accommodation is superb, the breakfast delicious and the staff efficient and courteous. Hajar was a standout at reception. Thank you we will be back.

Nice hotel and everything was good, except trip to the airport. They did not provide any shuttle and said me to hire a cab on my own instead.
Besides this, everything was wonderful.

The property has a beautiful beach front. It is very quiet and the staff is very attentive. The food was amazing.

The sofa in my suite was covered in visible evidence of sexual encounters. There was a decent buffet available for dinner, but nothing other than buffet (was offered/emphasized). The dinner buffet was good, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The bar selections were limited (but not the worst). The reception staff were exemplary. It felt very safe and "Western friendly" inside the resort. It felt very "Russian roulette" to leave the property to venture out for dinner elsewhere via Uber and online recommendation (which turned out fine). If you plan to use resort as homebase, I recommend you visit a different country

The hotel itself is beautiful with lovely facilities. Some may say it’s dated and old but that’s part of it’s style. The people working there are honestly the nicest people working at a hotel that i’ve ever seen. The hotel also has a private beach, breakfast, lunch and dinner bufé and another restaurant located outside for both lunch and dinner. We wish we had more time at Marriot before we had to leave and we are going to miss the people who made the vacation perfect

The good: the common parts and rooms are clean, staff is welcoming and helpful, the beach is really nice.
The bad: restaurant is really average, I expected better from a 4-star hotel. Bars are too expensive for the service level they provide. For instance, they have a 2-for-1 promotion: while the first drink (cocktail) was barely ok, the second (free one) almost had no alcohol and was mixed with different proportions (not even the same colour).

Great stay at this hotel. Could use some upgrading on the inside, but outdoor area is absolutely amazing. Really nice beach! Restaurants overall was good, but the beach bar (surf&turf) had less good food; it is nice for drinks at the beach though. Go buffet or italian for meals.

Outdated and overpriced. Laundry services damaged my clothing as well. Buffet was not good, the meat was super dry.

Definitely falls short from a Marriott experience. Hotel rundown. Beach area underwhelming. Staff did not exert any effort to assist with or alleviate any inconvenience faced. I cut my stay short from 7 to 3 days. Had it not been for the dive center I wouldn’t have stayed behind my first night.

the service at the reception is not good. After ordering a limousine service to the airport, the car arrived 20 minutes late and was charged $15 compared to a $5 taxi

The hotel is beautiful and in the water. Not by the area that’s walkable and most definitely more touristy. The bees were not the most comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel itself was nice. However, they do have a group that sells tours, diving, etc called white shark. They are absolutely awful and whatever you do DO NOT use them. You will be held captive in a vehicle against your will. Taken to stores and forced to get out while the drivers go in to eat, while you are harassed by local venders, and they lock you out of the vehicle.

My wife and i spent 11 nights in this hotel in Sep-Oct 2022, and overall view from both of us is that we had great time.
Rooms are clean and fairly well maintained, food was great with a lot of options to choose from (big thanks to our dear chefs!), hotel beach is tidy with clean sea and all of the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Every night hotel organised various entertainment programs for the guests on the island bar near hotel (some of which turned out to be proper parties). Hotel has quite active guest animation team (Ira / Mariya / Lera / Zizoo / Abazza), organising a lot of activities for guests each day, which for us led to meeting new people from all over the world, further enhancing entire experience.
All in all, big thanks to everyone in hotel for making our stay great. We will strongly consider coming back here when we decide to visit Hurghada next time!

By far one of the worse Marriott properties I’ve stayed at so far, and I’ve been a member for years. We found roaches in the bathroom, and the staff was unpleasant to us on several occasions.

Overall the hotel is okay. The place was clean and staff is very friendly once we sorted our the differences. I purchased an all inclusive package for $60/person and we were 7 people. They kept arguing with me that it doesn't include all beverages ... made me pay 2000 Egp which they refunded later. I called Expedia and spoke to a manager who fixed it and gave us the package we paid for. The all inclusive pkg g
For non Egyptians includes soft and hard drinks. Because we held dual citizenships, they still wanted to not give us the hard drinks option. But since I booked from USA in US dollar, they finally complied. Just made a stressfull check in for no reason!
The kitchen and dining staff (special thanks to Moamen, Diaa and Abdulrahman) arr really friendly and super kind. Gamal in housekeeping Room Service was very attentive to our rooms. Not much amenities in the hotel except 1 pool, so kids got bored quickly but we found lots to do in surrounding areas.
