When we checked in to our room, it was cold to us so we tried to turn the heat up and it would not work. We called the front desk and they sent a maintenance engineer to help us. He could not fix the problem right then, so he helped get us moved to another room. It was nice and warm and very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.

Staff was really nice. The room was clean. I couldn't get the shower to run water. After working 15 hour day, I wasn't in the mood to call to get it fixed. Also, in order to cool down the room, I had to move the table blocking the air vent. Once I did that the room started cooling down.

Once again, a forever walk to get to the room. Good pub food at the restaurant. Could not get the room cool enough.

Way to much street noise, property very tired. The shower is a lawsuit waiting to happen with slick floor tile. Unfortunately already paid for a stay in 7 days thru hotel.com

The hotel is clean and well located for an overnight at the airport. Make sure to call for pickup at the kiosk with the directory of all shuttles. I got in from a delayed flight at around 2:30 am. I knew I would be a very late check in but not so late! Shuttle took 30 minutes to arrive as per their schedule. It has changed as of May 1 and now you must call. This is better than waiting alone for so long. Front desk person was great as I was worried they would close my reservation but they held the room. Check in was easy and I was in my room in minutes.

Staying at DoubleTree hotel ,was a very good experience for me and my friend. It was her birthday so I went to surprise her our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. one of the things that I love most is it was so near to the airport and there was shuttle buses to take us from and to the airport The staff there were friendly and very easy to talk with .I would recommend double Tree to anyone who want a comfortable stay in a clean and peaceful environment. I am definitely going back because I love the services provided.the food the bar was excellent and the staff were friendly and really nice. The one problem I have was they don't deliver room service because of covid. But you can place your order and go pick it up ,I was lazy and don't want to get up😀 and my friend was lazy too.over all great hotel and very affordable.👌hey Guys choose the 12floor nice view.

The hotel was nice and perfectly located. Having the shuttle to the airport 24 hours a day was perfect for our middle of the night ride to the SeaTac. The front desk was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. Having the balcony was nice. My only complaint would be that the elevators and balcony doors did not have the correct insulation so in April it was cold in the elevators and the balcony had cold air blowing in. Additionally without being double panes-the airplanes were very loud. Thankfully I was tired so I slept through most of the noise but I did have trouble initially falling asleep. The beds were very comfy and the water pressure was awesome!

Great hotel
Location in Seattle, not the most updated but was comfortable nonetheless. Did not like that there was no heads up for the daily parking rate of $33 a night even if you’re a guest
1.0
The parking was VERY expensive and the breakfast was not complimentary. Eggs cost $22!!!! I would never stay there again. I even demanded a refund on parking because only two doors down we had paid $15 less per day while out of town for a week. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows made us all sneeze, none of us have allergies.

The staff are amazing and are working very hard. The bar staff are very friendly as well. The hotel is old and run down. It definitely needs a facelift. The room was clean but old.

The new shuttle driver for Hilton Doubletree SeaTac , named Hank , was amazing! He was so kind to disabled individuals and to the passengers.

Was a nice place to stay for our overnight layover. Our room was in the back tower which was quite the hike with four kids in tow and involved multiple elevators. Overall the room was a little outdated but clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shuttle was on time and was available for our early morning departure.

Nice hotel. Free shuttle from hotel to airport that runs every 30 minutes. 10
Minutes from airport. Gym. Outside pool. Close to some restaurants. Clean safe. Gift shop and bar/restaurant. Would recommend

The hotel was fine but really needs to be updated-furniture knicked and old. Desk staff was fine. It is advertised as having parking $20 per night but that is deceiving since over 6 dollars a night is added on for taxes, etc.

First of all, the staff was very friendly. No problems there. But the place was generally untidy around the edges. There were many room-service dishes left outside rooms on my floor when I checked in and they were still there the next morning. I went to sit by a fireplace in the lounge near the lobby and had to move a table that hadn't been cleaned. Lots of chairs not pushed in here and there, too. And I totally understand it's still difficult to get adequate staffing these days, but considering the room rate, the overall impression wasn't strong. Also: This is an enormous hotel. A million rooms and a lot of people in it. When I went down the next morning before 5 a.m. to get to get on the airport shuttle, there were already about 40 people in line for it. Keep that in mind. I just don't think I got a great value for my money.

Check in was a bit challenging and finding my room. But it's a pretty nice hotel. The bed and shower was pretty awesome. Food was pretty good as well. They had pretty good options for vegetarians. On the whole, i really enjoyed my stay.

Cookies are good. Parking can be really tight. Rooms are clean. Big property. Try and get the lake view back in wing 5/6

Pretty dated hotel with so many wings you get lost trying to find your way out. Beds were comfy and hotel restraunt staff were really nice. Would be nice to include a breakfast but it was overall ok.

Everything was perfect except for no parking unless you paid for it and the pricing I felt was unreasonable

Rival old school airport hotel. Everything was very clean and comfortable but that’s out. Quick shooter to SeaTac and walkable too

This hotel is a very cool design, and I'd like to have stayed in it when it opened and was new. When I stayed, the pool was being repaired and the hallways and SO MANY water leaks. There were buckets and wet carpet in many of the hallways.
The staff at the coffee bar and front desk were professional and friendly.
The bed was reasonably comfortable, but the room and the hotel are in great need of an update. Looks like they were last updated in the 80s.

Housekeeping walked in on me while I was getting undressed to take a shower. I heard her knock and before i could latch the deadbolt she just opened the door. This was at 8:30 am. There is a sign on the door that says check out time is 12:00pm. I decided to just leave but when i got to the front desk there were 3 police officers dealing with a lady who was screaming profanity at someone else in the lobby. I dropped my key cards off and got out of there as fast as I could. I did not feel like I was staying at a Hilton hotel. I expected a better experience.

The hotel stay was average. One side of the hotel is very dated, but the room was clean and beds were comfortable. The parking situation is absolutely awful. There is not enough parking and they charge you an outrageous amount to have to walk a long distance and for it to take 15-20 minutes for a spot to open up.

Beautiful balconies and pool courtyard. Very fast, convenient airport shuttle. Only thing missing was a complimentary breakfast.

I enjoyed the view from the balcony of the ducks and birds of different variety. There property is huge and I liked having access to a restaurant or coffee stand.

Check in was a nightmare one clerk for twenty people from a diverted flight at 1am. They would not accept my Expedia booking so I had to pay twice for my room.
Also no security. A man from the street walked in and stole a potted plant from the lobby. The late night shift needs some upgrades.

The location is great and the deluxe king room was great.

After 14 hours travel we arrived to be put in a room that was as far as possible from the front desk. Did not receive an offer of help with the bags and did not receive our warm cookie. There was a water leak that had soaked the floor by the elevator, our room had slopped coffee down the wall by the door. And the bed cover had holes in it. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We do not know the Seattle area and booked via Expedia. I suspect that was the reason for our rooms location and perhaps the quality of the room given. We will not select this hotel again if travelling via Seattle.

Bed and pillows were awesome. Room was too hot and I couldnt reset the thermostat. Other than that, a very nice hotel.

Onsite dining and close to the airport.

The parking is a joke. They charge $33 per day and it’s not even valet. They use machines to get people in and out of the uncovered parking lot. The machines weren’t even working and would take 15 minutes to open the gate. Forget the “help” button because no one even answers, especially at night. I called the front desk from my phone and the phone just rang and rang. Someone came to “clean” my room and there wasn’t much cleaning going on. There was short black hair in the shower on the wall and I have long blonde hair. The staff never even cleaned it which leads me to believe they just don’t clean the showers. I was disgusted. I will never return.

Lack of staff rooms were nice in the 1970,'s. Packing a car is more expensive than the room

The grounds are beautiful and rooms are clean. Equipped with the balcony for every suite in the tour.
