Check in was fast and friendly Love the cookie

Stay was awesome! Everything was clean. This location was quiet. No complimentary breakfast but the price was reasonable. We didn't eat breakfast. Joseph was very friendly and professional during check in and he also sent me a text to make sure everything was good with the room.

My room was great I had a refrigerator and microwave. I was very happy. The last hotel I stayed at didn’t even have a coffee machine so to have one made my trip delightful. I will definitely be back

Our flight was delayed. Contacted the hotel to cancel one night of our rooms. Tried to get our money back or get them back our rewards. Since the manager was not there we had to wait until Monday to hear anything. Still did not hear back from the manager just received an email stating we will not be refunded. On top of that issue I had to pay for another room. Was told check out was at noon. However housekeeping was knocking on our door at 8:30 not just once but multiple times even after letting them know we were sleeping. Shortly after informing them they decided to make extremely loud noises in the hallway. Once we got up and started getting ready we noticed a lot of dead bugs around the room. We did not notice the night before since we got in so late. Worst hotel I have stayed in for a long time.

Cleanliness very questionable. Will choose a different hotel next time.

They do not offer free breakfast for the price you are paying to stay there.

The problem was comfortably in the room. The room had no counter space in the bathroom. The outlets were not plentiful enough nor in convenient locations. So sleeping was not good for those that had CPap machines and other outlet needs. 3 adults in this room was not good. When asked about the possibility of a rollaway the quote was “how many beds in your room?” I replied 2 and they said, “No, fire hazard.” End of conversation. Not “no, I am sorry that can’t be done as it would be a fire hazard. Is there something else we can do?” Or any customer service questions that may lead to finding a solution to our problem. Only a desk chair in the room. No comfortable chair. Very tight. Also, when checking in there no greeting. The hotel clerk then stood there and said “yes?” I walked over and said we are checking in and handed her my driver’s license while I said my name and she took it from me never saying anything. It was weird. She said “since you purchased through a 3rd party. You do not get breakfast” I asked if I could add it or would it be available for purchase in the morning. “Yes, for $14,95” again, was that an add on or a purchase in the morning? Not answered. And for the record. If purchasing through a 3rd party is such a bad thing don’t sell them! It was convenient to find a property near the event. We don’t need to be treated like 2nd class citizens. This treatment does not make me want to join their rewards program! We determined this would be a one and done for us.

Ive stayed at this hotel many times years ago. This time it seems very old out dated decor...everything is brown,grey dark looks dirty! The back parking in evening was filled with utility trucks, didnt appear safe! My room was facing the interstate, traffic noise was very loud from early morning to late evening, didnt sleep well. Front desk clerk not very friendly, seems annoyed or bored but not smiling or welcoming. I waited until they had convo before acknowledging me for checking. My room was clean neat, but hate the weird air pillows, need 4 to sleep comfortably.

After a long day it was nice to have very friendly customer service and room that was not just neat / tidy but felt like it had a deep down clean.

This has become my favorite place to stay when I'm on town

The stay was great for the price. The service was prompt and efficient, the texts to check if I needed anything were a nice surprise. The room was comfy although some paper was peeling off the wall, and some of the finishing in the bathroom had seen better days. The halway had a faint smell of cigarrettes.

Stayed at this hotel for the 2023 Peach Bowl. Was conveniently located on the interstate and a short ride to a MARTA station. Hotel looked dated. Was clean, but definitely looked dated. We only occasionally heard car noise from the interstate, mostly was souped up cars with loud mufflers that we heard. Our room was on the restaurant side of the hotel and we did hear noise from the restaurant taking out the trash. Hotel is nearby a Starucks, Panera, Target, and other shopping areas.

The staff were all extremely friendly. Cookie upon arrival of course. The hotel is safe and surprisingly quiet for being situated next to an interstate. The hotel is a bit dated but so are most. A bottle of water in the room would have been appreciated but otherwise absolutely no complaints and would stay there again.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Need new mattress ASAP. Way too soft. My room wasn’t clean. Hair in the bathroom and I found first aid in the chairs room.

Fantastic stay! Customer service was excellent!

Fridge wasn’t working and no one ever came to check it when we told them the first night. Our room had a view of the roof and a/c unit.

Check-in was quick and easy and the front desk staff were amiable and helpful. The hotel was clean. The bar and restaurant were very nice. The food was good and they had great drinks. The wait staff and bartenders were all great. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would book here again.

Double Tree was reasonably priced but very very nice. Located in the Northlake area of Atlanta- a bit more quiet & less busy than in the heart of the city. The hotel interiors and bathroom were contemporary and quite posh. It was a very lovely and comfortable environment.

I only stayed 1 night but room was clean and comfortable. Staff was super nice! Cookie was good. Great location. Close to so many attractions

Perfect stay

The hotel stay itself was fine, but there are several things that need to be fixed or updated. For example, the toilet in our room ran all night and the vanity had chips in it. Just looked run down. The staff was great though and the bed and bathroom were both very clean. I would stay again, but would like to see them put cameras in the parking lots and fix the minor maintenance issues.

The Doubletree Hotel is excellent, but the location is not that great. The staff were excellent and the hotel is very clean. The streets and the parking lot at the hotel are in need of repair.
