Is very run down, but rooms were clean

Great water pressure in the shower. The rest was 3 star at best.

We stayed for 2 nights
Had no room service so no milk for the last morning
On the last night we were very embarrassed as we had miss placed our key when we arrived back to the hotel so had to make contact on the after hours number
On calling the lady was so rude and pretty much told us to come back at 9am the next morning, told us to sleep in our car and hung up the phone?
Her husband finally came out and opened the door to give us a 15 minute lecture on how they have a baby, we will be paying for the key and that they don’t get paid to work in these hours.. we were horrified as we were already so embarrassed.. this is your job if you don’t like it leave it.. I would NOT Recommend staying at this place the service is horrible

Property was easy to find and clean and staff were friendly. Didn't like the fact there was no crockery, cutlery or wine glasses. They should be available in rooms.

Place is dated, though for an overnight stay was adequate, clean & shower was hot & strong… Basic needs were available ,, & staff did offer more if needed… no negatives…

It was lovely and clean, well appointed. Bed really comfortable and great shower. I travel for work and these points are an essential priority for me. I will definitely stay again

Comfortable bed and close to CBD, value for money. Found reception very blasai, wasn’t very welcoming, came out from office. Told him who I was told me what room I was in and gave me the room key, he didn’t have any PR skills and didn’t seem interested and no info about room or town. Wont be staying there again.

A basic room for a good price: I wasn't looking for anymore. It was hot and humid, unfortunately the old air conditioner was very noisy. Overall it was fine.

It’s expected to be average with the price I paid. By the way, the hotel is right next to the train station, you can hear the train went past from time to time.

Although we only stayed in a budget room, it was in great need of repair. Paint was peeling off the walls and was quite dusty in the bathroom. Very pokey room.

Staff was friendly and fast check-in and check-out. Room was clean overall, but amenities was very limited. Very disappointed that there is no cafe or restaurant within the motel.

Nothing. No replacement of towels, tea,coffee no milk. Mix up of booking had to pay more money, rubbishy was left in room.

The room and bathroom was large and spacious
The bed was large and comfortable (king)
The only issue was no milk supplies for the tea and coffee provided. Plus no utensils but tea spoons so any food we bought we couldn't eat without using our hands
