The breakfast was terrible. Also we got paper coupons for breakfast. Who does that?

No complaints, good service. Exactly what I expected

Booked for the pool. It was so cold we ended up having to sit in the room after 30 mins of shivering hoping to get used to it. Everything else was beautiful. TV was a pain to use, as was the heater.

They indoor pool was the only good thing about it nothing else bathroom was nasty and room was dusty pillow cases was dirty on one side

This hotel has potential! It’s a really nice atrium and airy indoor open space. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, self-serve waffles were nice. But many details were dingy, dirty and falling apart. There was some sort of renovation and construction happening and the gym was closed. Maybe this place will be better once the renovation is complete. Until then, don’t expect much.

The hotel was fabulous, i just didn't appreciate the$140 cash deposit i had to put down on room. Than i had to come back next day to get my deposit back. Big inconvenience. For that i probably won't be back. Sorry cause i was very comfortable.

The Location to the Airpoty was great. Getting to the the Airport on a snowing morning was easy much more the the drive would have been from the east side of the city. Check in was easy. There was renavations going to the rooms across from us. I do not know if this effected us but the chain on the toilrt flopper was broken. The toilet could not be flushed. There was enough good chain remaining I could re connect it. The TV was not set up properly and would not work until I when into settings ans saw that the Cable (HImi) input was not selected. I selected it and the TV worked and worked very well, So Ithink it was a new TV just not setup properly. Out side of that the room was clean, a good value and meet our needs. I would use this hotel again

The staff at the front desk were friendly. The hotel itself was one of the most rundown and worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The shower had previous tenants body hair, the floor was filthy, the toilet had a massive crack in the bowl that was caulked and then taped over. Everything in the lobby and hallways were in shambles. I’d never stay here again. I’d be Leary to stay in a hotel of the same name after that visit.

Tried to cancel as plans changed. Was unable to modify. Will never use hotels.com or Expedia again

Badly needs an update especially rooms, Carpet frayed and grubby. Bathtub and shower in poor condition. 5,6 years ago was a good place to stay. Would not stay again.

Property and room needed updating, but could tell there was some remodeling and construction taking place. Otherwise our stay was nice and comfortable and transportation to airport was convenient.

The staff was rude and not professional. The rooms did not look like the pictures online they were dirty, nasty and hair cockroaches and the room was freezing cold and no one would do anything about it.

In poor condition for 3 star property. Rooms are dated. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work, cold water, light bulbs missing. Very disappointed in such poor quality property. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I’m very upset my stay wasn’t what I was expecting my room did not have any heat it was cold. The hot water did not work at all. Couldn’t take a nice relaxing bath/shower. I made a complaint to the front desk and did not receive any feedback. I will be reporting to corporate for a full refund.

Room was ok but TV and telephone didn’t work and had to ask twice for hairdryer It was under construction so hopefully they are trying to improve

The indoor pool was a great perk the breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful with key cards and getting towels and hygiene products

The staff at night were rude and awful! We had to have maintenence in our room nightly to fix the TV And then the Shower. The showers don't work unless you find the correct spot to hit it just right as they are too cheap to fix them. Construction going on all over the building. And then they lied to expedia saying we never once complained. And you can't complain to a manager you have to email them which I did twice and have been ignored!! This is awful stay away!!! Run away!! Don't stay here!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean. We asked for another towel and they wanted us to return dirty ones before giving us a new one, we did not do that. We were unaware they were going through renovations which was loud at some points, like the jackhammer across the hall.

The hotel was under the construction.

Really run down and in bad shape

Stayed room 1010 Property is heavily under renovation. Our room was somewhat updated - seemed very patch fix. Bathroom new floors and counter - but tub and tile old and worn. Walls are very thin - every noise you hear - someone shuts their door too hard - sounds like it was in your room and vehicles going by sound like a window was open. The thermostat wasn't working right either - would play with it to get heat to turn on and then it would never comeback on. - luckily I like it cool to sleep. The phone didn't work to call front desk - hit 0 never rang - they seemed to call back - but we couldn't communicate. Room didn't have a hairdryer - asked front desk and they said they would bring one - never did - husband went back in the morning to ask again. The hotel has potential - the atrium is beautiful - just needs dollars in upkeep put in.

This is a “tired” property - but - nice staff - and - “they” are remodeling . . .

Very nice staff. Great price. Old property under construction. My room door opened without the key. I had to put the table against the door for safety. Bathroom Sink was broken. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Hairs on the mattress. Holes and mold on the ceiling.

You can tell this property is dated. But for the cost, it was sufficient for a quick stay.

You get what you pay for.
