My husband and I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never been disappointed.

The property is very nice. Our room needs to be updated. Wallpaper peeling and the window curtain was torn and the light kept creeping in the morning. The chairs in the room were deep as you sit down. The floor rug smelled musty. The toilet pressure is weak and you have to hold the knob down for it to flush properly. The breakfast was good. Some bananas and oranges would have been good. Also the kids upstairs and on our floor were running and the parents were having loud conversations in the hallway at 10:30pm. This is not acceptable. There should be a sign in the elevator and in the hallways regarding no running or talking in the hallways at night.

This is one of the nicest Best Western’s we’ve stayed in. The desk staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast had the largest variety of foods that we’ve seen in years. We will definitely book here again when we come back.

Our room was very large, plenty of space for my family to spread out. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. My kids loved the pool. It's a great place to stay.

The suite was in terrible condition. Wall paper peeling, kitchen cabinet door was hanging by 1 hinge, small tvs, old furniture, mix matched kitchen items. The heat/ac unt did not work properly. We had it set on 65 and it was pumping out heat.

This was our second stay at this property as a group (6) this time…hotel is fine, well kept, clean.
Our only problem was a high school girls basketball team/group was at hotel and first night after several calls to the front desk, finally running and bouncing of the ball on the floor stopped around 1am! We complained so many times (we were on 2nd floor, they were on 3rd) that we threatened to call the police! There were others on 2nd floor complaining as well…finally the manager notified the coach and things got quiet. Early on the 2nd night, the running started again and we threatened with calling the police again…the noise stopped very quickly. No one wants kids to not have fun but a little respect for others would be nice!

The indoor pool was a plus for my kids. But the pool could have had more maintenance. I caught some random hairs and felt a bit ‘yucky’while swimming with my kids.

We wanted to stay close to the Sight and Sound theater so we didn't need to have a long drive home after the show. The hotel was very convenient to shopping and the theater.

I like the staff at front desk and during breakfast. I love the chimney on the lobby. I dont like the carpet in my room was so dirty.

The property was very nice and well-appointed with close proximity to all areas that were of interest. The price was just right, although I noticed a $10 increase in room rate from Wednesday night to Thursday night and do not remember being told of this increase.

Secluded, but so close to so much in Lancaster! The room was very nice and comfortable. Staff were very friendly, as always. This is 1 of our top hotel choices in this area whenever we vaca!

The place was clean and the staff was fantastic. My only complaint was the pillows and matress. The pillows had no support and the matress was way to soft.

Our stay was fantastic, can’t say enough good things about this hidden gem of a hotel. There were mostly older couples and small groups during our stay, which made for a quiet, peaceful weekend. The pool was a hit without 13 year old, and we had it practically to ourselves. And the unbeatable part of the deal was the full breakfast buffet each morning. Plenty of options for all of us, even gluten free (eggs or meat, fruit and yogurt) which can be hard to come by in the era of breakfast bars and premade muffins. They even have make your own Belgian waffles! We were highly impressed and it saved us a good amount on food by giving us a good start to each day. Would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
