Everyone at the DoubleTree made our stay the best!

I would have really liked a microwave in the room especially arriving so late, and the bathroom could have been a little cleaner with more towels/wash cloths but very nice stay

Very clean property.. staff was friendly. room was immaculate. Food at dining area was very good.. coffee in downstairs area was also very good(Starbucks) .we wanted to use the pool but we ran out of time(only here 1 night) I am very picky and found place very good. I would recommend.

Nice Place!!

The property is average, it's not a high end hotel. It's in an industrial area and there aren't many things around. You have to drive a ways away to enjoy the city.

Just okay- room was clean but noisy- doors are so heavy that people slam them all night. Bed was big and clean but not that comfortable. Bad lighting- bathroom was so bright it burned your eyes and the room was pitch black- need to add some soft lighting in some areas or just in the shower area so you can get around during the night. Breakfast was good- friendly staff.

Shower didn’t work - couldn’t adjust water at sink to get cold water - not able to keep water in sink for shaving-

The staff was exceptional during my stay. The restaraunt on property was great. The only issue is the layout with the parking lot and front entrance not being close. I give this 5 star even during a power outage!

The sheets on my bed had some stains up there

Convenient and pleasant staff

We were able to check in early, as requested. The room was clean, housekeeper in hall was very friendly. My only complaint was that breakfast wasn't included. They did have breakfast in one of their restaurants, but had to pay for it.

Service was great. Room was good. Hotel is about 3 to 5 mins away (driving) from a lot of shopping areas and food.

My room smelled like a wet dog for two days I called front desk they stated they would send someone but of course nobody came. I paid over $500 for my room NOT to be cleaned at all! Still smelling foul! Not good Hilton!

Overall comfortable hotel with bar/restaurant in lobby area. Bar serves espresso which is always a plus for those that like. Breakfast is not included if you are looking to have that in your room rate. Liked that they allowed an extra hour for late check-out and staff were all very pleasant.

Nice quiet and clean room, but seemed higher priced than most. I was disappointed that there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. Just a "Starbucks" counter where you could purchase Starbucks coffee, which I do not care for.

Urine smell in my room. No complimentary breakfast. Confusing outside with which door to go into due to construction.

First time staying at Double Tree in Bristol, CT. It was very clean, quiet, room was comfortable. Overall very nice place to stay. Will be staying again at a later date.

The staff was great! I wanted a room on a higher floor and they went right to work to see if they could accommodate - and they did! Rooms are clean and modern. Good laugh at the old school iPod alarm clocks - but really who cares about the alarm clock?! Bathrooms sparkling clean! Towels soft. Beds comfortable nice sheets. Best part of our visit was our evening swim in the heated indoor pool! And a fantastic jacuzzi! The pool is big! Didn’t get a chance to eat in the restaurant - but anytime I passed it - heard laughter - so that is a good sign! Enjoyed my morning cup of Starbucks (not complimentary) in the lobby - comfortable chairs and aesthetically pleasing. The only flaw is their lobby is like a block away from parking - good laugh with my son on architecture - lol! But our stay was great. Oh - I do have one improvement they could think about updating their televisions to allow guests to use their own accounts with net flix or Amazon or whatever - have stayed at quite a few hotels that let me do that - and it’s a really nice feature.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, COMFY BED!

We stayed due to a dance convention nearby. When we got to the room, it was average. We had a lovely view of an overflowing dumpster. The refrigerator felt like a small heater. Drinks came out warmer than they went in. Neither of the phones worked to call the front desk. The room was behind the time. There were Ethernet plugs versus USB cord plugs. Luckily we had a plug with us. The relation of the electrical outlets to anything didn’t make sense. The beds were comfortable.
