Close to where we needed to be and felt safe. Room tv did not work. Reported first night, shortly after checking in. Was never resolved. All mornings there, the coffee was either already gone or we got the last cup. We were in the lobby by 6:30-7 each morning. Previous repairs to the bathroom floor and shower tile were subpar. A/C was on when we entered the room, which was much appreciated. I should’ve paid more attention to the amenities as we prefer a hotel with continental breakfast included.

We booked a night before and after our flight out to Jamaica. Dissappointed that the pool, bar and restaurant were not open and never mentioned on the website. We really were looking forward to having a relaxing place before and after our vacation. Feel like falsely advertised.

Stayed the night before surgery at UNC Rex. A little tough to find. Elevator was in a weird spot. But nice hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and had lots of room. Good water pressure. Comfy beds! Would stay again for sure.

The hotel was great to stay in. We had met the staff on a previous stay there and they received us like old friends. We were flying out the next day so Sonesta Select was conveniently located to the airport. A great stay.

We did have an issue with a wet carpet in the room but the staff immediately checked on it and moved us to another room. When we stayed there later in the week on our trip home our room was upgraded to a suite at no extra charge.
We found the staff friendly and helpful. We will use Sonesta Select the next time we stay in Raleigh.

Both elevators down and had room on 2nd floor. Seemed like the elevators had been down for a while. Staff and shuttle driver were super nice. Would look for a different place in the future.

Just needed a weekend getaway and this place was the best.

Staff friendly, room clean and comfortable bed. One of the elevators still out of service. Stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never came in to empty the trash and replenish the coffee. Hard to find parking and had to park at hotel across the street the 2nd night

The property is false advertisement their restaurant that is at the hotel has not been open for 3 years the staff said. I only booked it to have access to a restaurant at the hotel. The coffee machine in the room had nothing to put the filter in it was completely missing. The tub drain wouldnt drain and i had to shower with my feet in dirty eater. Only one elevator was working. Ill be writing to the corporate office since this is false advertisement

This hotel is conveniently located near the RDU Airport and I-40. Food options plentiful nearby. Park and fly option with airport shuttle available. Would definitely recommend this property.

Stayed here for 2 days visiting family and loved this location and our comfortable room.

Keep in mind shuttle from airport ends at 11 p.m we just made it. The breakfast is at 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 Too early too short. Staff friendly.

This place is basic in a good way. Very affordable, just what you need for quick overnight stop. One thing of note was that the ceiling paint in the bathroom is chipping. Staff, as always, was polite. I'll be back soon.

Very quiet, convenient location near the airport, car rental lots, and excellent staff. Clean room except the liquid bath soap was nearly empty. I was expecting that it would be full as advertised.

Cleanliness is most important to us and this hotel is clean. Adequate for our simple needs. Lacking in upkeep. One elevator didn't work. We used the stairs. One outlet in the bathroom didn't work but, thankfully, we only needed one.

I couldn't get the tv to work so called the front desk and all they suggested was for me to check the wires in the back of the tv to make sure they were tight. No follow up from front desk.
When I checked out at 4:00AM I waited for desk attendant while she was looking for keys to shuttle, she was having to take another guest to the airport because the shuttle driver didn't show up. When she asked if I was checking out, I said I was and she asked if I needed a receipt. When I told her I did, she sighed at me and rolled her eyes. When I said I was sorry she told me how she was in a hurry to take the guest to the airport! When she couldn't get the system to work fast enough, I told her to just email it to me, but they didn't have my email on record! Did not feel the staff was friendly at all!

The hotel overall had cluttered hallways with carts blocking the elevator and walkways. One elevator was not working. The carpets were dirty. The room was comfortable and quiet. We paid extra for continental breakfast which they did not have but we're not refunded the extra payment. Good location for one night.

Stayed here for location and shuttle to the airport.. everything went smoothly.. shuttle was fast and on time.. room was clean.. front desk was helpful and courteous.. also was able to park car there for a few days while on our trip!
