The staff at this hotel was especially accommodating. We had booked our room through a third party service and the reservation was somehow miscommunicated. We were offered a room before the entire affair was straightened out.

It was okay, but for the price I would expect much better. The bed was not good, it was very hard and I did not sleep well on it.

Great modern hotel rooms with everything you need. We stayed with our dog here. Our doggo even got some goodies from the front desk at check-in! Friendly staff. Breakfast options were pretty good too.

Very accommodating staff, this is a very pet friendly hotel, they provide gift bags for pets. All of the staff seem to like to greet the dogs that are guests.
Breakfast is good, and there is a very modern coffee and mocha machine in the lobby so you can make your own cups anytime. They also have a water dispenser, so you can fill your own container, rather than waste plastic bottles.

Our family and friends stayed at this hotel for my mother-in-law's memorial. The staff here were the best! Customer service was better than some five-star hotels I have been to. I would highly recommend them and will be staying here again.

Best Western is so reliable! It’s not the fanciest, but a really great value. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast food, and such friendly staff. I didn’t go in the pool but I saw a bunch of kids enjoying it - and didn’t hear them at all after bedtime when I was sleeping, so I would say pretty thick walls.

This place exceeded expectations! I wasn’t expecting much since it’s in a small town but everything from the friendly staff to the complimentary breakfast was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Would def stay again!

Perfect stay. Staff was super friendly! Shower was excellent, room was very clean and my son LOVED the free hot cocoa machine in the front lobby. Wonderful experience for our family while on vacation. Definitely recommend

I loved the quiet grassy area with benches and tables in the back and especially the fenced grassy area with lawn chairs and that dogs were allowed. We used it to relax.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The property is well maintained. This is a great location for cycling adventures and we were able to stay on the third floor because our tandem bike fit in the elevator! Whidbey Island is really lively!!

We like the convenience of this property to the places we wanted to visit and it's safe neighborhood. We really didn't like the hotel itself. It smelled something weird and the beds are horrible we ended having back and neck aches. The breakfast doesn't have much for vegetarians. We do like that they provide microwave and refrigerator in the room but the refrigerator in our room was puddling inside and not working properly. It's way too expensive for what we got there. Don't recommend this property to others.

Thought the hotel and staff where great… only issue we had was the shower in our hotel room. The water wouldn’t get hot and the water pressure was really low. It’s awesome that breakfast is included just wish there was some healthy options but hey the most important thing to me is cleanliness and a good mattress…. On that front your hotel exceeded my expectations!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The bathrooms need updating. The shower insert appeared to be rippling at the seams. My young daughter commented on the cleanliness of the pool and how it was dirty. Overall our stay was very pleasant and we would stay here again. Thank you

Pros: Friendly staff, close to business but feels tucked away, great breakfast, large hot tub, outdoor pool was a nice temp, standard room and amenities. Cons: pool had narrow swim area, room smelled musty, bed was too hard for me. Overall really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone wanting a place close to Deception Pass!

We were put into a HANDYCAP room, not requested, the hallway had a stinky smell. The hallway was shampooed the next day and fans ran for 36 hours night and day to dry. I Had to acknowledge a smoking charge if I smoked in the room (which I don't)! On the floor I was in there were 3 rooms that had dogs in the rooms. Management more concerned about smoking then pooping.

I loved the room set up, the breakfast, the staff. Really my only complaint was that on one day of my 4 night stay there was not hot water. We had almost cold showers. But the problem was promptly fixed and these things can happen. I would definitely visit again next time I visit Oak Harbor
