My son was sick and the staff was excellent in helping us clean up the bedding. The girl at the desk was very friendly at check in.

Noise travels easily between rooms. I could clearly hear a casual conversation in the room next to me.

It was good but the pillows are very uncomfortable.

Short walk to Cracker Barrel. 24 hour airport shuttle. All the basic amenities, hair dryer, fridge and more.

I don’t like having to walk through the bar to get to the swimming pool. Also through the main entrance.

The kids loved the pool and we spent quite a few hours enjoying it. The room was clean and comfy, but it was a little loud. I could hear everything in the hall and in the rooms next door.

Was really good. We have stayed here a bunch of times and always enjoy. Only issue we encountered this time is we requested a 1 hour late check out. The front desk person stated the new rule is no late check outs are ever permitted going forward. Other than that it was enjoyable.

Check in was spectacular, upgraded to a king executive suite for no extra charge, extremely pleasant host Brianna

Pool was cold, room was cold and there was no wayto turn up the heat, bed was dirty/sandy, coffee pods were left in coffee maker, did not have continental breakfast. I will never stay at the double tree again, definitely will not recommend anyone stay. The only thing I liked was the shower. Honestly, I expected so much more from the double tree and was severely disappointed. I'd think with all the competition you would at least want to be on par with the other chains. Apparently not.

The shower was not supplied with either body wash or hair conditioner. We called for replacement and they never showed up.

As soon as me and my son got to the room it smelt like someone had smoked cigarettes in it! Food all over the floor and under the bed! Desk was dirty! Checked out 10 minutes after checking in!

Good- conveniently located. Lots of close shopping. Many food options close by. Parking. Pretty cheap. Bad- pool is absolutely disgusting there was clumps of hair touching us and fake eyelashes floating by. Pool water was also really cold. Elevator was past inspection date and a sketchy ride to the 5th floor. They also charge 13.50 for breakfast buffet which would be fine if the buffet was anything more than a normal free continental breakfast. Overall will not return to this property

The bedroom was cleanish. The staff were nice. The pool was very cold I was rather disappointed. For being a hotel I stay at all the time, it’s definitely going down hill.

The friendliest staff anywhere! What a wonderful stay. The only reason I didn’t rate a 5 on service and cleanliness is because there wasn’t daily housekeeping (which is fine with me) and trash from neighboring rooms was left in the hallway for two days. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Not ample parking!! Cigarettes, all over the ground with an overflowing can full of them trash on the ground. The front desk people were extremely nice. Cookies were amazing. We’re giving an early check-in and a late check out and an upgraded room. Got up to our room and tried to get settled in only to find hair all through the shower on the toilet and in the sink in the bathroom, cobwebs on the ceiling, dust and dirt in the drinking water cups, even though they were covered ??The art hanging on the wall, had, splatter stains all down it, Although the bed was ginormous, the mattress was comfy the linen seem to be clean. Unfortunately, the pillows were so soft flattened immediately after cleaning the shower, the water was hot very refreshing and absolutely loved the provided. Shampoo conditioner, and body wash.!!! overall, we had a great experience wish it would’ve been cleaner, absolutely loved all the extra cookies and extra fresh towels!! Would have been nice to have two robes provided. Not just the one fortunately for me, my husband was willing to go without as we had forgotten our comfy clothes,!!!! Even though we showed up later in the morning for breakfast, the hostess/server, was very kind, offered us fresh food and to go boxes and gave us a discount!!! like I said, overall a great experience we will come back. Hopefully we won’t find dirty bathrooms and cobwebs.
