From a new employee at check-in who did not know the hotel to the trash in hallways, dead grass, broken tiles, burns in bedding, thin sheets, and cold breakfast, there is very little I enjoyed about this overnight stay. Hotels.com stated a pet fee of $25, but hotel charge had changed to $40/pet.

This was at least our third stay at this hotel. Not once has the pool been open. Sign said: "Closed for maintenance." Room was clean and quiet, never saw a staff member except for front desk person. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing extra.

Waited probably 10 minutes before being greeted to check in. Floors and elevator on had something spilled all over them and there seemed to be no concern about getting it cleaned up. Bathroom counter was dirty which made me question how clean the rest of the room was. Neighborhood is sketchy.

Staff was great and easy to deal with….parking was accessible with a moving truck and the hotel was pleasantly quiet during the stay which allowed for well needed relaxation and sleep! Great experience!

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was disgusting. The floors in the hallways and lobby areas looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed or swept in awhile, ceiling panel was peeling and falling off in our room and we barely had any water pressure for the shower. The pool was a good depth for young children but freezing and the hot tub was closed off by chairs and caution tape with no explanation as to what was happening with it. One of the side entries had been taped so the door would remain open and not a keyed entry which is when we found a bum sleeping on the floor directly in front of our room along with two more in the lobby area. Maintenance came to remove them thankfully and we removed the tape due to safety. Our overall stay I would only give two stars because the front desk accommodated our super early arrival and check in of 4:00 am and the woman who helped us was friendly. If you just need somewhere to sleep and don’t plan to stay there longer than the night then I say go for it otherwise maybe look somewhere else for your family.

Breakfast wasn't too good- the eggs were awful, the waffles were not done in the middle.
The night auditor told anyone who would listen that she hates her job. Anyone who checked in late got told off.
The rest of the front desk crew were nice and accommodating when I need to change the room type to two beds.
We enjoyed the pool before bed time.

Pictures make this hotel look way better than it is. Our tv didn’t work and it was very outdated and old. Definitely not what we expected.

Photos are not accurate to the current state of the hotel. It's very dirty and worn down. The tub and shower had rust and scraps all along the doors. Stains on the sheet and carpets didn't look clean. Hot tub was broken and I could hear all the neighbors to the point where I had to stuff towels are the bottom of the doors to hopefully help with the sound.

Overall the stay was good for the price. Room was a bit small, service could have been better. Was greeted by front desk attendant and had no uniform or tag and there was really no hospitality. You can see the age on the hotel. Area was ok. Did not see anything of concern. Good for 1 night

I would’ve given it a 100 across the board but we were abruptly awakened by an alarm system in the middle of the night because someone smoked in their room at 2 in the morning.

The hotel needs a major update! We were awakened at two in the morning to a fire alarm. Of course, we got out on stairs. They were nice enough to comp the day for us. Unless they remodel, we won’t stay here again! Sorry, La Quinta!

I booked a mountain view single King room with a jacuzzi. The room came with everything I requested but the problem was the room had carpet stains and pubicle hairs everywhere. The pillow cases were not clean at all had stains and hair. So I then had to go to the front desk and request clean pillow cases. The hotel is perfect for someone that is looking for a two star hotel! But Hotel didn't meet my standards I wanted a giveaway room for me and my wife for the weekend after I booked it and was charged for the room we made it the best. The hotel need updated real bad they're way behind

Are late our first night, and they over book so didn't get the room I booked. The next day the switch is to the correct room. Breakfast was okay but needs work. Hotel was covenantly located to restaurant and stores.

I was disappointed! My room smelled like someone smoked and they used lots of cleaning chemicals mask the odor. The breakfast was gross.

Is pretty worn out, bathroom could have used some paint, looked like a dog had scratch the heck out of the door frame. Pool didn’t look very clean. We needed handicap room and they were going to try and find us another room that was accessible for our son’s wheelchair, as there was 3 of us and needed 2 beds, our room that got was very difficult for him to negotiate and couldn’t get into the bathroom at all. Breakfast was good but not much variety.

Myself and my significant other, stayed here for four days a bit one person came in and did a housekeeping call!
I asked the manager KC at that time which is a great manager, that was working at the time if someone could go up and clean the room and please provide the following fresh clean linen, and please have the throw the garbage since being there for two days we collected a few items that need to be discarded, and we had another two days left to go.
So no one came into the room and did a upkeep. So I took it into my hands a cleaned the linens and threw the garbage myself in the big unit out side. I just feel like it was wrong that I had to do someone else job, while on vacation!!
