The experience was alright. The shower was just a handle on the post that wouldn’t hang on the hook and would spray water all over the place. The keys constantly demagnetized so after coming from my event (Walla Walla Guitar Festival) at 1 in the AM on Friday & Saturday I couldn’t get into my room. The pillows were too soft and there were no other options so I didn’t sleep well during my stay.

Can’t beat this hotel for the price! The place is old but well maintained and clean. They have a variety of extras like cookies at 7, a high end coffee machine, a wide variety of breakfast options and the location is convenient and quiet.

Staying at Best Western in Walla Walla WA was for the most part a good experience except at check out, when I entered the front desk area the customer service agent behind the desk was conversing with a women with a baby standing off to the side and continued to converse with the lady while I was waiting. Listening to the conversation, being carried out in front of me I could see this was a personal conversation. When they finished the conversation, the front desk agent then assisted me. I told her I did not appreciate waiting while she carried out her personal conversation. The agent responded with the women she was speaking to worked there and was visiting, and there were other employees that could have helped me. Two other agents came to fron desk area at this time. The agent I was speaking to stood behind them glaring at me. Unprofessional and poor customer service. She could have put her personal conversation on hold and assisted me since she was working and not on a break.

It was a great stay. We were traveling for a volleyball game. The room was clean, felt safe and the front desk was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

I've been making regular visits to the Hood River area. I always stay at the BW Hood River because I can always count on a confortable room, lovely surroundings, good food at the restaurant and friendly staff. They never disappoint.

The property was clean and well equipped. It was standard, predictable, and satisfactory, without being special.
One quibble--we did not like the design feature of the bathroom sinks and counter-top being in the main sleeping area rather than in the bathroom proper--why???

Bed was very difficult to sleep on. Toilet had a flushing issue that took multiple days for staff to resolve. Very good complimentary breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus in Walla Walla. My room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty to choose from.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a room in Walla Walla.

Andrew was very entertaining and gave us a nice room. Very quiet area and found a place to play pool at Pacific Express where Andrew suggested. Would come back.

We loved the little extras, like microwave popcorn provided, choice of bar soap and body wash, new luggage carts, etc. Best of all was the location -- a bit out of downtown, but easy walking distance to (and from) the shops, wine tasting rooms, etc. No one should be spending the afternoon in wine tasting rooms and then trying to drive to the hotel!

We love the BW plus hotels. we have now stayed here twice when we visit Whitman College which our daughter attends. The hotel is always nice and comfy and close to all we need. I would highly recommend this hotel. :)

Clean hotel with spacious rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of space around the hotel which provides a nice place to walk around. The breakfast is reasonably good with sausage, eggs, bread, waffle, juice, gravy and biscuit etc. There is a coffee machine where coffee is available anytime.

Second time I’ve stayed. Both times were exactly what I wanted and needed for a great weekend of bike riding and wine tasting.

My stay at the Best Western Plus Walla Walla was good. The location was near good shopping, wine tasting rooms and restaurants. The check-in was easy and the room was clean and well-equipped. I especially liked having a coffee maker with K-cups in the room. My only complaint was that the cleaning staff didn't refill my K-Cup pods one day and the next day they didn't show up at all. The first two days were excellent, though.

Stayed here only one night but a very nice, quiet, safe place to stay. In town too photo an ancestors final rest stop but enjoyed the very clean and warm people we met. Very nice breakfast bar and kind personal front desk staff.
A definite recommended stay in Walla Walla, which we would use again if here again.

Walls are so thin, toilet ran the whole time and the housekeeping staff was horribly loud early in the morning.
