It was perfect. A nice full size kitchen. Nice bathroom accessible entrance. Very spacious and accommodated 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. Breakfast was buffet style, the biscuits were so yummy! 😊

Room was are very spacious for a 6 person family. Service was great and very helpful. Pool area was clean with plenty of chairs. The best thing was that the hot tub was huge.
The walk to Disneyland was only about 12-15 min but feels faster when you are power walking to get in line early in the morning.

We arrived and our room wasn’t ready until almost 6pm. Then when asking for a late check out, they did not want to do it and we had to point out the late check in to get one extra hour. The restaurant sold out of food so there was no room service. The WiFi was horrible so we paid for the upgraded WiFi that increased our speed from 5mbps to 6. We had to call an IT department to even get it to work and the first time the front desk transferred us to the IT department, after 20 minutes of holding and talking they informed me that they didn’t even handle the WiFi for our hotel. So we had to call down and start over, this was approximately 2 hours, $13 additional dollars all for 1 mbps faster. Went to go for a run in the gym and the treadmills were incredibly loud the tvs didn’t work on them. Very disappointed in this stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Cleanliness and customer service excellent. My only issue was not having a shuttle transport service to Disneyland and back. After all that walking at both parks and dealing with rain it would have ideal to have that

This was our 4th visit at the residence inn. I really like the residents inn. I bring my 2 little granddaughters and I feel safe and comfortable there with them. The rooms are clean and good size. We enjoyed the full breakfast and the cafe staff was very polite and helpful.
I gave 4 stars for staff because every lobby clerk was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Whether we were checking in, asking about parking or coming down to purchase a lobby snack, they made us feel like we were bothering them and they have better things to do.
But besides rude staff and being charged $70.20 to park for 2 nights, we’ll be back.

This is a great place to stay with the whole family especially if you are going to Disney. We went in February and the kids enjoyed the heated rooftop pool. We had a corner room with a view of the Disney park so we saw the fireworks at night from our room. There was a CVS just a few yards away and across the street down the strip is Garden Walk. The hotel room was clean, the hotel smelled nice, the kitchen was a great convenience

The entire stay was generally goood. The only thing i would say is the rooms dont have a view and the bed was really lumpy and needed to be replaced. They also could extend hot tub hours for the people visiting disneyland. And the shower water pressure sucked. We were on the 4th floor nice room but hirrible water pressure.

We are obsessed with the hotel! Close to Disney! You get so much more for your buck here! Gives our family plenty of room, breakfast included, and everyone is so friendly. The rooms are beautiful and clean. We stay here every time we go to Disney which is 2-3 times a year! Will be back soon!

I stayed in a single King bed suite with a friend who used the pullout couch and it was perfect. There was plenty of space, the suite was very clean, and the staff were great. The value for this hotel is beyond compare especially when you consider its only a 15 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland.
That said, you really only need to stay here if a kitchen is a must for you. If it is, this is the best value for your dollar with high quality.

Perfect place to stay for our Disney trip. Close to Disney, clean room, lots of parking, breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. It was a plus to have the CVS right next door and they have everything you need (or forgot). Would definitely stay here again.

The actual hotel is updated and nice and the breakfast was great. However, in our room, the A/c's are old, did not work and we slept horrible. And this was after the maintenance guy working on it for an hour at 11:30 at night. So, next time, we need to ask to just move rooms...

Our room was only serviced once during our 4 night stay, creating a pile of towels in the bathroom and a mess in the kitchen. But the staff was pleasant.

Stayed here with family for disney trip. Walkable to the park. 10 min if you hustle, but more like 15. note you still need to go through security so give yourself additional 5 min buffer. Room is clean and updated. coffee in room. Separate sleeping room. kitchenette. excellent option if you leave the park early and gives you option of making dinner. pricey, but reasonable, especially if you will spend time in room. sofa in room that converts to bed. complementary breakfast is solid.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooftop pool was a wonderful oasis of calm during a hectic family trip to Disneyland. Would definitely stay here again next time we do a trip to Anaheim.
