This place should NOT be in business until all the upgrades are completed and properly staffed

They are in the process of updating the property. Not too bad but would have been nice to report that to the customer. Door wasn’t easy to open or shut. Latch was not secured due to screws being loose. Breakfast was only processed foods and coffee was empty on Saturday morning and no worker to report it to.

I have been in jail cells that were cleanier than this place. Do not give them your $$. Atleast in jail i got breakfast. There was nothing offered.

absolutely disgusting, don't go by the pictures. left early due to grossness and bugs. tried to get a refund, still waiting. If i was Wyngate I would be ashamed to have my name on that building.

Dirty, ants everywhere. And no staff around when need them

Hotel was under renovation…. It is a “dive”! Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves for letting guests pay to stay there! Disgusting carpets and doors to all individual rooms were trashy and had grafiti on some. Pool and spa area unusable because that area had been condemned and closed down. The glass door to the pool area looked like someone had thrown a rock at it. ( photos here)….

This facility shouldn't be available in Expedia. It's partially condemned, dirty, lobby ceiling is collapsing, bedding is filthy.

Almost left at 1030 pm due to someone trying to get in our room. They swiped a key card and it worked. Thank goodness for the deadbolt. The entire facility needs torn down. Electrical hazards all around. No security at at. Furniture almost falling over. Has been neglected and no signs of rehab. Nasty. Nasty place.

There were signs that indicated the property was going under renovation which I was not aware of when I reserved a room here. Only one elevator worked, bathroom lights were missing (only three out of five bulbs, of different sizes and styles). The pool was closed, and usually no one at the front desk. The room was clean, but the beds were hard, and the comforter was well used. The desk chair was very torn but I didn’t need to use it.

Not bad on cleanliness, but everything else was not. They advertised a pool that wasn't in service and my daughter said it looked like there was a rat in the swimming area. They advertised a restaurant that looked like it hadn't been uo and running for quite some time, not food whatsoever. My husband described the outside of it looking like a prison. Just very disappointed and another guy said it looked like someone got kills in his shower because it looked like blood splattered on the wall. My husband described the motel as the Bates Motel. Lol

Needs some TLC someone spilled pop in elevator. It needed cleaned up right away before someone slipped an might fall. Didn’t get wiped up.

I know that they are remodeling. So I think it will be nicer when they are finished. The staff was fabulous. Was very disappointed in what they called breakfast. Instant oatmeal a microwave and fruit is not a good idea. But will give them another try when I return to area.

Looks as though Wingate just bought this property. They are doing updates but just not finished. Our room was very clean and front desk attendant very nice.

The pool has been condemned so it is not open, there is no breakfast unless you count a mystery pop tart and in general the place is a complete dump.

They are remodeling. The pool is out of order. The rooms are smoked in. It is very inexpensive and helps homeless people.

The pictures posted and actual condition do not match. Pool is condemed. Restaraunt not open. Room was not clean. Shower curtain looked liked someone had wiped with it. Doors all had graffiti carved in them. Not staffed at all overnight. Security latch in 309 broken. Light over vanity dusty and broken. Shady people loitering in the lot. Theres no free breakfast. Front desk clerk said he was quitting because mgt wanted him to serve bananas that had maggots in them. I had expected more fro. Wyndham. Night clerk refused to reimbursed me so i could stay somewhere safer. Definitely not the picture of wyndam properties i was given during their time share spiel. This place needs to be condemed and i will personally report to health dept

This place is in bad shape

The photos showed a nice hotel. Nothing could be further from the truth! I do think the hotel has been recently purchased by Wyndham and remodeling is taking place.

Looked like the day before being torn down. Did not stay and was told my $148.48 would be a credit on my American Express card. Has not showed up yet.

I didn't like anything about the place. Most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Leaks everywhere, it was a dump . Bugs. Trashy, there was trash under the bed. My grandson got bitten by bugs. Watching to make sure nothing happens from all the bites. Place should be burned down. Very upset customer.

Terrible in every aspect.

When first pulling up to the hotel, clearly it was a run down building. They were doing extensive work on the inside. I’m very surprised it wasn’t shut down until work was completed. Or even do one floor at a time with renovations. I will say the actual room we slept in was very clean. We went straight to our room and didn’t leave til check out.

I didn't even end up staying. It was so unsafe and unclean I checked in and went to go by cleaning supplies for my room and thought I shouldn't have to do all this just to lay my head down for two nights. So I may be 10 minutes later after checking in asked for a full refund and immediately checked out. The building is I'm fire needs of a upgrade and repairs It wasn't clean there were ants and spiders crawling on the floor desk and chandeliers Major ceiling leak when you first walk in through the sliding doors that was a hazard with or without our a sign there. The air conditioner was out The sign on the building had fallen off or is no longer up there The custodial team had trash that I assumed were just taken out of cans for the dumpster but they were laying on the floor in plain site in front of the sliding doors and hotel

Facility was in such disrepair this hotel should not be open. Cost us more than twice as much to find other accommodations on the spot.

The inside of our room the door was broken we had to use a bench and a chair to make sure our door stayed shut. The second floor is wheRe I had to go to get ice it was creepy. The pool was closed down I won’t be staying again

Room was clean and recently refurbished. Rest of facility was run down and neglected. Breakfast was pathetic. Service was excellent. Staff were friendly. Shame they had to work under such conditions. Pool had been closed by authorities as dangerous. Not my favorite motel.

Not at all like the overview. Obviously in transition. Restaurant, pool, lounge all closed. Actually pool/lounge area condemned. BUT, suite was HUGE freshly painted bathroom with new showers and carpet. Room was very clean. Based on outside was not going to stay but room made up for it.

Had to change room for the 2nd stay in one week. In the first room, the bed had obviously been slept in.The second room looked clean mostly, but the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a month. We have stayed at this location for 38 years and have been happy until now. I truly hope that you can work through these issues before I come back because I will not stay a 3rd time under these conditions.

Staff was excellent. Hotel was undergoing renovations so I’m sure it’ll get better when that’s done, but I really would have liked to have known that when booking the room.

Went down the road and found a hotel that didnt look like condemned. Probably safer to sleep on your truck at a rest stop.

Part of the building was condemned. The property is in a general state of disrepair. The digital marquee advertises “pool” and online represents there is a fitness center, however this whole area is missing an external wall and is marked condemned. In the room, the latch installation is off by an inch. Furniture was banged up. Lampshades didn’t match and were moldy. Chose Wingate because I thought the maintained a level of quality, but I guess that is not the case.
