Room was clean, we stayed for 2 nights. The only complaint was first night someone was playing the stereo in their car loud enough to vibrate things in our room and it lasted until well after 11:00pm.

PAY A LITTLE MORE TO STAY SOMEWHERE ELESE!!! This place was gross. There was what looked like a used Q-tip, or a make-up applicator that someone used for a Q-tip, left on the bathroom sink. The sheets were filthy: hair, dander, stains, cigarette burns. They looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I'M SURPRISED THEY DIDN'T HAVE BEDBUGS!!! The Hot and Cold in the shower where opposite and I thought the shower was broken because the handle wouldn't pull out. It thought I would break it as the pipes shook in the wall. Luckily it worked the second night. I actually went out and bought shower shoes/flip flops so I could use it.
The only reason to stay there is if your car is in the shop. If you need to just have roof over your head for the night I recommend sleeping in your car. I was also told by a local that a woman was murdered there back in 2021. As soon as I mentioned the name of the hotel, he immediately said, "Don't ever stay there."
I only stayed there because it was too late to change my business plans. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and this is by far the worst. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else for a little bit more money.

Run down room. Sheets were littered with cigarette burns and holes . No vending to speak of. Otherwise just ok

The shower was hard to turn on, I had to help my one niece in and out of the tub, and my other niece needed help out of the tub. The room was sort of dirty. The trash wasn’t emptied, only 3 towels and 2 washcloths, and the floors was dirty. They used to be nice rooms, but now they’re not good at all.

Room was in pretty rough shape. Door looked it had been pryed open a few ttimes. Just old and dirty. Needed a good cleaning, some new paint, new linens. Old facility. Thankfully was only there to sleep and shower over a 3 hour period.

Rooms cold have been cleaner, mattress uncomfortable. Outside at night was not very safe

Night Staff was terrible. I asked for a moisturizer and handed me shampoo 🙃
Property's charges should have been USD$55 per night.

There was a problem checking in due to the name on my profile on Expedia. Also no clean sheets, comforter had cigarettes burns in them. Floor wasn't swept. I understand you get what you pay for but it was like the staff didn't even try to make the room look presentable. Great locations for food but will not be staying here again

We had no water in the bathtub, greeter came up and moved us to a different room. That room was freezing cold, it took half the night to warm up and had to be up early. Needless to say not the best stay, and lack of sleep. Oh and the one bed had a broken metal slat that cut my little girl, wasn’t happy about that.

Unadvertised cash “security deposit” was required for a non-smoking room, although it was returned when I checked out despite nobody checking the room for smoke. Furniture was stained, floor and shower had hair that wasn’t mine. Shower surround had caulk everywhere. I don’t need a fancy room, but I do expect cleanliness.

This property was okay overall but clearly very cheaply maintained. We had to switch rooms once because apparently one of the doors stick with cold weather we were told. We wanted to book another night but were told no even though there were rooms available. Still not sure why. We booked 3rd party originally but even offered to book a night through the hotel and change rooms if need be. We were still told no.

On the last night there I was awoken around midngiht to yelling outside my room. Somebody was going to door door, banging on each one. It sounded like someone was fighting. I did not feel safe.

Quiet and spacious. Some age to the bathroom we had and in desperate need for caulking, painting, and scrubbing. Wish the refrigerator had a freezer compartment for my ice packs. Staff at check in were wonderful!

There is no excuse for just plain dirt!! Baseboards have mildew on them floor was gritty. Bed terrible. reasonably priced for giving nothing.

So booking here I was a bit skeptical because it was last minute and a motel which I normally do not do. But for the price it was an overall cheap good option ! Pretty clean although it did have a bit of a wierd stench I went and bought some candles .. honestly I would stay here over the hotel behind the convention center again

Great stay. TV had a black streak, but room was clean and staff was kind and welcoming. I had low expectations based on some of the other reviews, but it was actually quite nice. The restaurant in from my of the hotel offers great Pittsburgh food at an amazing price. If I were looking to save money, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The room was pretty clean and the bed was definitely comfortable. Definitely a very basic hotel room - no alarm clock or table for a suitcase. There was a microwave and fridge which was nice. The bathroom drain was completely clogged when I first used the shower, but maintenance was able to fix it quickly. I just wished the shower faucet was better - it was hard to turn on and get hot water. Also, the bottom of the tub is several inches off the ground, so when you stand up, you are higher than the shower head. Overall a decent stay, but the bathrooms need a bit if improvement.
