Room was fine , bathroom was tiny . Shower made a terrible noise . This is an older hotel with some upgrading . There was a huge walk in closet ? The bathroom was smaller than the closet. Just an odd room . Very close to airport so that was nice . People were very friendly.

The stay was good overall. There is no cleaning of the rooms during the entire booked stay. Best Western does state this. I know because every day I set out tip money for room service and none was done during the 4 day stay. This means no garbage removal, no wiping down of counters or bathroom cleaning, no linen, towel, washcloth replacement , toilet paper replacement or shampoo/soap replacement. You can request these to be done at the front desk. I kept my room clean for the 4 day stay and cleared out my garbage every morning. I The breakfast was great. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, fruit, waffles, bread assortment, coffee, and juices. I really enjoyed making a waffle for the first time. I didn't use the pool or jaccuzzi but there were other patrons who did. I did use the room refrigerator and microwave, stocked through Walmart and Smiths grocery stores. I also used the hair dryer and iron every day. The staff at the front desk were friendly and informative. I did have to replace the remote batteries for the monitor on the wall. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows, 5 pillows. The airconditioning worked perfectly. Overall it was good stay. I do wish because of the 4 day stay, the linens and towels were changed and that I was given more shampoo and soap without asking, but that was stated. The man at the front desk on the first day said the deposit would be refunded the day after check out. 's been 3 days without the refunded deposit. Still waiting

Check in was easy, they only had rooms on the second floor, and there is no elevator. The room was OK, The plumbing Was loud. out of all the places that I had stayed on my weeklong trip this is the only hotel where I didn’t sleep well. Bed was fine, but the vibe in the room was off. The traffic noise was on the high side, got woken up at 1:30 from loud motorcycle twice and then around 4 or 4:30 Some of the guests decided that they were just gonna have a conversation in the hallway. needless to say, I only got about three hours sleep and I went to bed at 10 and set an alarm for 6.

Great Hotel close to the airport

My experience was wonderful. I arrived late and got a shuttle from airport. Then again got the shuttle after breakfast to my car rental. Very friendly drivers and staff. The room was immaculate and spacious.

I travel to Albuquerque frequently and had never stayed at this hotel. This was a 1 night stay and Hotels.com had a good price so I thought I'd try it out. It's located close to the interstate so easily accessible to anywhere in the city, and is close to the airport. They offer shuttle service which is a plus! The hotel was a pleasant surprise! Very clean, well maintained. The registration staff was pleasant, professional and informative. He even offered to carry my bags up to my room, if needed. They have a Happy Hour with free non-alcoholic drinks and snacks in the afternoon. The room was spacious and everything I needed for a short or longer stay. It was very clean and smelled great when I walked in. I love a hotel that smells good! The only negative I have is the bed was a little too firm for my liking. That being said, it certainly didn't deter me from a good night's sleep. I will definitely stay here again!

If you're looking for a cheap place without bed bugs this is it. I believe it was recently remodel but it should just say newly painted. They kept all the old things and just slapped some paint over it. It's like putting lipstick on a pig. The bed was comfortable though.

The walls are a little thin, not enough sound proofing! But great location and comfortable bed!
