The location of the hotel is excellent, easy to move from anywhere, and the staff are wonderful and friendly. The size of the rooms is suitable and the decor is more than wonderful. I will return to it again.

One word describes Imperial Hotel Tokyo "exceptional". From the moment you step into the hotel the staff welcomes you with courtesy and service that is exceptional. Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed with all the items anyone would need. Definitely a five star hotel in everyway. Japanese hospitality (omotenashi) at its finest.

I booked for us 4 for breakfast included but when I arrived they charged us for 2 kids.
