Was a very nice spot and close to the beach.

When we arrived there was a sign at front desk stating staff away please be patient. We waited for about 20 mins for her to return. I understand restroom visits, but clearly that was too long to be away from desk. Two other people came up to desk while we waited and ended up walking away.

This hotel is a great location to the beach and many shopping and dining options. All of them are within walking distance. The hotel pool and hot tub were a nice touch at the end of a long drive day. The beds were amazing and rooms perfectly clean.

Enjoyed stay at this hotel. The room is very comfortable, and in particular, the bed mattress. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Convenient location.

The cleaning staff were very friendly and did a good job.also in the the kitchen and dining room..the front desk was knowable and helpful...you need a car ,its not need to much..concerning you are in palm beach island.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a bit bleak and average. Bed was comfortable, but it is all dated. I did not spend a lot of time at hotel so I don't know about the breakfast, but seemed plentiful for this type of package.
I think if they just warm up the lighting and maybe update the carpeting and bathrooms it would seem more of a beach property. Seemed a bit dismal for the location.
Clean and served it's purpose, but just not for me.

Loud at night. Bad bed lumpy bad pillow. Could not sleep people next door were party and having a high old time. Not worth the money i had to pay. More like a Days Inn Bad bad!I live in Palm Beach and would never let any of friends have here. For being on PB your way at the botton!

Check in went smooth. It was close to the board walk and pier. The first night, the television kept cutting off. Called the front desk several times with no answer. Reported it the morning within 2-3 hrs problem was fixed.
Breakfast was decent. They had eggs, sausage and pork patties, waffles, apple bananas and bread.
The room was basic. Nothing to write home about. It was just an average hotel, nothing special for the money

The property is on the waterfront, and it’s in a nice, quiet area. The hotel was clean, and the staff was pleasant, and I would stay there again.

The location was very good ,close to Lake Worth beach minutes walking to downtown.
the rooms were very clean ,very spacious and the personnel were extremely friendly .

Not too fun of the carpet color , it was rather dark and dull

Good pool area. Only thing is that it says pool closes at 10 pm. The hotel should put a chain and lock on the entry doors to the pool because people are out in the hot tub / pool in the middle of the night (3 am) and you can hear them if you have a room with a balcony that faces the pool. Not to mention people pay extra money for these rooms and there can be loud people in the pool when you are trying to sleep.
Breakfast was good. Not over the top but good enough for free.
Exercise room is an elliptical and 2 treadmills.
All rooms have a fridge and microwave.
Can wash your own laundry there, there is 1 washer and 1 dryer

Great stay. The front desk staff was tremendous. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the comfortable clean room at night.

Hotel was ok, pretty clean, nice area. The only thing was that the bessing had a cheap mist kind of smell that really bother me, I requested clean pillow cases at 3am and thwy brought it to the room very quickly and helped a little but thw next day I requested a clean new set of everything (bedding wise) and the problem was fixed. They said that they don’t spray anything on the bed ( no mists) but think they do because I didn’t feel the smell anymore once they changed the sheets, pillow cases and comforter. Also a little musty halls. Other than that it was ok.

I love how easy the parking was were others charging you a lot of dollars just to park you car, super clean nice breakfast easy access to everywhere, i was lucky staying there . Thank you
