NO CARPET! It’s rare nowadays to find a hotel without carpet! Best Western is different and this is good! I LOVE it! I breathe odorless and clean air! Complimentary breakfast is also very convenient

We were sleeping and from the noise , screaming, running of the kifs the door of the room opened, the breakfast is very poor, and the rate was very expensive i paid almost 600 for 2 nights, i left and moved to another Hotel!

When we checked in the staff asked if we want housekeeping and I told her no then before we left the front desk I repeated it that I don’t want a housekeeping. The next day we went out to sightseeing all day, when return we saw 2 police in the front desk so continue walking to my room when I opened the door the bed was fixed and the other is not, the bathroom was refilled a soap only so I got upset. I went back to the front desk and it’s a different staff and the 2 police still there so she told me to wait until they’re gone. I complained about what happen and she was so rude as in very rude! She told me to wait tomorrow until she’s back in the front desk so I asked for the supervisor and told me that her supervisor can’t do anything . I mean this staff need to go back in training she is not thinking. Anyway next day I complained again in the front desk luckily it’s different staff again and the supervisor was there. So I told her about what happened and she apologized about what happened. Supervisor was professional but other staff was unprofessional need to be trained or replaced.

Clean rooms and pool. Breakfast included is convenient. Only issue was finding dining in the area when we have 2 young kids.

My kids and I loved this hotel. The lobby and our room was super nice and clean. Lots of space to lounge and relax in the lobby. Quiet hotel with very attentive staff. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again, parking is free and close to all restaurants and the mall.

Easy parking and good service

I stayed there for one night. I arrived in the check in day at noon. I was hoping to check in early, put my luggage and have a shower before heading out to a meeting and dinner. The receptionist refused to lent me do it. She did not even try to check if a room could be ready soon. I even offered to wait till 1pm. But no effort to help. Not willing to make a quick check with house keeping.

I loved the place

I was travelling for business and found this hotel to have good overall value. It has close access to Hwy 15 to get into the downtown core of Montreal. It's also close to Carrefour Laval which is a very nice shopping mall. Hot breakfast was included which is always appreciated. My room and overall facilities were clean and modern. I would stay here again.

Great front desk service. Very knowledgeable of the area and helpful (they helped us call a cab).

Place was good

Lovely amenities inside and room very clean and upgraded. We had a balcony over looking the inside area where the dining area and swimming pool are. Would definitely recommend but pricey. Good breakfast.

The room did not smell good. When we complained the reception said you need to adjust the air condition. Also our checkout with @noon. We went for breakfast and came back to find our cards were cancelled. They had to re issue new ones.

When i rent our room, i did know that they clean the room only after 2 full days occupation. The others point, is went we rent the room, we must ask for a room with bath tub, or only a shower...again this is confusing for seniors, Normally we always had a room with a bathtub for my wife Just to remind you that the hotel is very good and also the breakfast. Nice hotel; room was so-so. The room itself was very nice, clean, and spacious, but I think I had the one room that had a window that looked in on the back side of the breakfast buffet bar.
