Our room had a horrible mold and mildew smell. While things appeared clean we did see several roaches during our stay. Staff was friendly and the hotel is in a convenient location, but the mold is definitely an issue that needs to be addressed.

I’m a member of Hotel.com and a member with Marriott Rewards . When checked in paid receiving the confirmation number.. And your reservations is guaranteed so arrive at anytime. I used to worked there 25 + years ago . And I stayed there with family and friends had great visits.. When checking in the young lady , she found my reservation gave her my license and card what need pay $20 for incidentals . She said can’t use my debit card that I used there many times also other locations ? She I couldn’t use it and my card is link to my checking account. Despite that I paid over $200 for room already. I didn’t bring my debit cards and cash she wouldn’t accept anything? I’m moving and taking caring for my elderly mother. I just wanted some alone time. She didn’t try working with me at all.

The newly renovated room was very nice, clean and accommodating. The best part of the experience was the assistance from Anna at the front desk. She assisted me with checking in and helped me with other questions throughout my stay. Her patience and kindness were greatly appreciated after traveling with my elderly father. I highly recommend this place and I will be staying here again.

Staff were wonderful and friendly. Room was OK. We got in late and it wasn't until the next morning that i noticed the bed cover had hair all over it. It looked looked like dog hair.

What a beautiful property! The staff was amazing. The ladies in the breakfast room were SO friendly. Check in was a breeze and the person at the front desk could not have been nicer.

This villa is very clean and made for a very relaxing day. We were able to cook a very nice dinner there were plenty of dishes. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. Parking right in front of our villa. And the property was beautiful! I will for sure be returning here for future stays in Long Beach!

For us who just arrived from a long flight , the outside noise was bothersome. Mainly workers were playing yard. I reached for a bottle cap under the bed and felt webbing. Gross. Booked a king size bed but got maybe a full. Everything else is just peachy! Room is a good size. Has a kitchen, dining and living areas. Huge handicap bathroom

Its not a bad place at all, but the shower didn't work. Checked in on New Year's Eve about to go hang out. The receptionists were super cool. They put me in another room. Went in room and there was spider webs hanging from the ceiling. Went back to office, again the receptionists were cool as hell so they put us in another room. Neighbors were loud as hell, but again it was New Year's Eve so what do you expect.

We got in early from the airport and were extremely tired. The hotel allowed us an early check in which was very convenient! The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean. We will be staying here the next time we are in Long beach California! I highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

The staff was great, any questions I had they answered when I called. My room was ready when I got there I didn’t have to wait. I loved the late check out 12:00pm most hotels check out times are 11:00am, that hour made a big difference. Parking cost $12.00 a night.

The front desk gentleman, Justin, went above and beyond for us. He was very friendly and asked about our plans. Based on that, he gave us priceless tips for our events we were attending. We will stay again and recommend it to our friends traveling to LA. We chose to stay there versus LA, and I’m so glad we did.

I checked in very late so don't know the state of the area around the Residence Inn. There were 2 security guards physically opening office door and on the property. The staff, including the security guards very friendly.

All the staff were extremely helpful and gracious to myself and my guest. We were able to attend our local event over the weekend with a great deal of ease and the breakfest was delicious. Will rebook in the future.
