My room was overlooking the car park and sometimes the noise was too much

A good hotel in a convenient part of Harare, with a convenience store and fast food chains open 24 hours a day just across the road.
I took taxis sometimes from the hotel (always polite and professional) and other times with the local Rida/Ryda app.
I will definitely stay there again.

The only downside is the poor tv picture quality.I think there is a need to improve on the TVs.I could not enjoy my soccer because of the poor picture quality.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn. Room was clean and bed comfortable, thanks to Vivian's small touches. Breakfast was to die for and the staff in the dining room were very accomodating, friendly and professional. No job was too big for Spencer, the driver. He is a credit to this beautiful hotel.

Bathroom floor flooded, without any assistance from Reception. Continuous noise throughout the night from an adjacent venue, which meant no sleep. Never again.

The customer service is poor and slow, especially in the restaurant. The staff seemed many times to be clueless and not responsive. It is very frustrating to say the least. I will stay somewhere else next time.

I was able to meet the nice and responsible staff of the hotel. They were receptive of the constructive suggestions. I believe their rating of the service should be more than 8.5. In hope this hotel gets more attention by the visitors.

The staff are amazing. I compare this with the cresta hotel I started in when I came into the country and Holiday Inn staff are far better. The property needs a overhaul. Carpet are stained. Food is limited unless you want the buffet. The menu says they had gluten free bread. They did not. I had the veg curry. It seems to be the veg they serve in the morning put into a curry sauce.

Food is good and staff is friendly. However, the building needs a facelift. Towels and linen are also dirty. The bath tub in our room even had a very dangerous nail that can cause harm.
Noise from a nightclub next door makes it very difficult to sleep.

Connectivity is easy when you want to get out of town and go shopping or even leaving for the airport. You do not have to pass through the conjested city.

Room was not cleaned when we were tajen to the room about 1630.
Had to wait in the lobby whilst the room was being cleaned.
We were offered refreshments whilst we were waiting but even just the tea took a very long time to be served.
There was no butter for breakfast, asked 2/3 waiters for butter but never got it until I finally gave up having my toast

I liked the gym and the instructor, E Bachi. The cleaners were friendly too but the front office need some training on how to make a guest feel welcome. There was no one to show me to my room. I was given the key and had to figure out where it was as well as everything else.

This hotel is excellent and met all expectations. One would not know that you are in the City itself such is the level of comfort and service. The facility is very clean and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The swimming pool was crystal clear which was most welcome in the hot summer weather experienced during my visit. The breakfast was substantial with many options for all dietary requirements.
