Good afternoon Expedia I am absolutely appalled by my experiences this disgusting hotel. I brought my girlfriend here for a weekend get away, so we can enjoy time alone. I’m quite sure that hotels need to go through cleanliness checks and I guarantee this hotel has not because it would have FAILED. My girlfriend and I have been experiencing itchy bumps all over our bodies and have had to be prescribed antibiotic cream to help with the bumps and itchiness. I am absolutely astonished on how this place is still open. Our beds were infested with bed bug and we did not realize until further investigation of taking the sheets off. I would love to say I enjoyed my weekend but it would be a lie. I will be calling the heath department to inform them on this situation. I am distrusted and would like a refund for my stay in this hell hole. If I could remove this hotel from my memory I would. Absolutely repulsive.

This property was fairly clean and very reasonably priced as it also included breakfast. Happy with my choice as there were a few options in the area.

Not as expected. The room was handed over to us uncleaned- we threw the bar of used soap away, even changed bulbs on the bedside lamp from another lamp but then threw in the towel when there were visible stains on the bed. Called the front desk to request a cleanup or a room change but no pickup so we needed to walk back down to talk to them. We were then given a clean room but we had to haul all our luggage back down the stairs to switch because there are no elevators. Not exactly the experience we were expecting after an 8-hour drive especially.

The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. We were even able to check in an hour early!

I reported an issue that included illegal activity happening in the room next to me. There was yelling and violent threats. Pounding on the sliding glass door outside or my room next door. It was frightening. The lobby is clean, the manager seems nice. Just don’t stay here it is unsafe with people hanging around the parking lot.

Everything was great for our stay! Besides running out of some breakfast items by 8:30am and only having 1 small garbage bin in the room. Will definitely stay here again!

Bed was confortable, close to stores and mall. A bit noisy because of train but I did not mind. The only thing I have negative is that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Had weird spots on the wall and doors in the bathroom. I give it a 3 star.

Very outdated. Smelled of cigarettes despite being "smoke free". Mattresses had holes and what appeared to be snot on them. Sheets didn't fit the bed. Walls were stained in bathroom. Would not recommend especially for $360.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. There were crusty, smelly carpets in the room. Half ply toilet paper and only one part roll provided. There was a filthy ashtray/dirty feet smell that made everything I brought with me smell. The hotel was double booked with four persons in most of the rooms, according to the guests with whom we spoke. We were unable to access the breakfast facilities even after three visits to the dining room. In all my travels I have never before encountered such a poorly kept room and poor provisions.

Do not book this hotel - 2 of 8 rooms were dirty with beds unmade upon check in. When asked to switch rooms they said they were sold out. When asked for rooms to be cleaned they said they had no staff and gave new sheets to make the bed yourself at the front desk. Cleaners also walked in, in the AM before check out time without knocking.

I didn't like the fact that we had to change rooms 3 times to find one with no black hair on the sheets and also one without the smell of smoke, even though it is suppose to be a smoke free place..

The young lad that checked me in was very polite and professional. Was a pleasure dealing with him.

We stayed here 8/22 everything was good. Continued our trip. Coming home 8/24 said stay here again as was good before. Well The tv wouldn't work. Had to call for help. We got a call that there was noise complaint from our room. I told them wrong room as we were not even talking. We had driven 12 hrs & just wanted to sleep. It took a few moments to realize there was just 2 sheets on the beds. No blanket or comforter. It was after 11 pm & was not about to start making calls. So I did all I could. Cranked the heat WAY UP to make up for that. As it was my feet got cold in the middle of the night. Pillows way too soft. 1 bed had 4 other 3 pillows. I don't think the room was ever finished getting made. The toilet paper was so thin you had to use 3 times the amount before your fingers didn't go through.Leaving the halls were crowded with carts & cleaners standing around chatting. I don't know if we will use this Comfort Inn again

Very clean and close to everything

It was a place to sleep, that’s about it. To my standards and for almost $300 for one night the bathroom was dusty as if it hadn’t been wiped in a while. The shower curtain smelled musty, toilet paper was not a fresh roll, TP holder appeared to have been broken off previously, hallways smelled of pot, beds were not comfortable, no elevator, and basically felt like we had been dropped off in a concrete jungle surrounded by planes, trains and automobiles. Would not ever stay again.
