Check in was easy the customer could use some work. The ceilings in the bathroom are low so if you’re tall you may want to ask. Beds were ok could’ve been newer.

We booked this hotel last minute while traveling and were pleasantly surprised. It was very nice and clean. The bed was super comfy and the shower had lots of pressure. Amenities were good. It was a holiday and staff still seemed happy to be there.

Checked in excited to get in room and watch Superbowl. TV didn’t work. Took 45 min for someone to come and say that no it doesn’t work. Moved to another room, tv was so blurry you couldn’t see properly. Move to third room. Programs are in Spanish. So I miss 1/2 of Superbowl, put off dinner for the hour of moving around rooms. A stay at a cheaper hotel would have been better. Their stuff works and you have a microwave , ice cube tray in fridge, etc. Not here

It was fabulous for the price! Older but well maintained! The chef even came out to meet us and waitress was friendly & helpful. Nice meal! The front desk was great! They were all truly interested in the customer!

I’m not sure if they are understaffed but my husband and I sat in the lobby and watched a gentleman wait for over 20 minutes before someone came to the front desk.
Then, when we realized my son left his blanket in the room I messaged the hotel and left a voicemail for the general manager and still have not received a call back. Safe to say I’m not counting on getting the blanket back.
Rooms were not well lit and my parents’ room had water all over the bathroom floor upon check in. If you have other options in Normal you may want to look into those. Fortunately ours was a quick trip.

Property needs to be have the weeds and brush cleared. No bar available on Saturday 10/7. No facial tissue available. Was advised by housekeeping to go to the front desk and get it myself. Proximity to the new Loves Truck Stop is terrible. Loud semi trucks could be heard all night long. We will not be back.

The receptionist was very kind and thoughtful, I had walking disabilities and she put us on the ground floor, the room and the bed was acceptional, we will definitely visit again

1/6/2023 made reservations for 2 queen beds--6/9/2023 4:40pm room #235 had 1 bed & a bed/couch-good for kids-not so much for 3 adults. Room was next to the pool-Sat night we were kept up till 11:30 pm with kids screaming in the pool--Sunday was drive day-after no sleep/interupted sleep-no rest.---no we will not return to this location.

The staff here is very attentive and understanding about your stay and amenities are outstanding. I was allowed to check in early, received two meals for the price of one with Travelocity, and the food was really good. Overall Great experience!

The entire staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. The hotel was very clean. All of our rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a nice sized swimming pool. The food in the restaurant was very good. There was a lobby bar with a friendly bartender. They had daily housekeeping, which is unusual nowadays. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Check in staff were not friendly. Some people were told the pool was closed when it was not. Overbooked the hotel by 60 people & the people who had booked earlier were canceled. One can only assume it was because they paid less for the room before the hotel chain raised the rates for the state tournament.

Lady at front desk was not kind when I politely asked about early check-in request I made on reservation. Room wreaked of smoke and had marks on sheets + counter in bathroom.
Gave me a room different than one I selected on my reservation without apologizing or trying to accommodate. Long process for check-in.

My husband and I have stayed in. Countless hotels over 55 years of marriage & this one has the absolute worst lighting in the room that we have ever stayed in.The room was dusty. Also the bathroom had no counter space to put personal items!! I would never recommend this place.
