Friendly staff, great hotel room that was clean, and tidy. When I found blood on my comforter the next day hotel housekeeping took my concern very seriously and immediately changed the top bedding right away. The breakfast was amazing and hot every morning.

The pool was broken and no reimbursement was provided. I chose that hotel due to having a pool. The room itself smelled like a pet store. It was unbelievably gross.

Pool was closed and didn't get fixed when we were there. That was disappointing as we looked for a hotel with a pool.

The water only luke warm for bath and shower. The room was about 40 feet off a major street. The outlet by the sink was worn out so that a cord would not stay plugged in. But the room was clean.

It’s was good the hotel was smaller than I expected but our room was ok and it was very relaxing and much needed and the breakfast was amazing and in point I like the hours it was ran perfect time for me because I usually the one who sleeps in and misses breakfast.

We didn't use the waffles, which looked fine, but the eggs and bacon weren't great and there wasn't a lot left each time we went--all but on Sunday.
The beds were made, the towels were clean, and the waste baskets were emptied. However, no one vacuumed, cleaned the ice bucket, and the bathroom counter wasn't cleaned.
The room phone was never fixed even though we asked about it twice.
The staff was pleasant.

Difficult working key card, side door sitting open when I took stairs down for breakfast, open to outside. Floor in room slanted and uneven. Bed comfortable. Also my sister got a reduced rate for family in hospital, I came and took her place, I didn’t get the reduced rate.

Took a while to get someone to the front desk for check in. Also took a while to get a room. For an overnight stay it was ok.

When checking in, three staff were having a hard time making it happen. There were kids running up and down the hallways, screaming and yelling. And the breakfast was a total farce. Two times out of coffee', juice and waffle mix. Did not get to eat either morning. With the price of the room, which was reasonble but having to go out for both breakfast, it was very disappointing. Will not return.

This motel had a rating of 8+. I disagree. My husband had to hit the desk bell very hard when trying to check in, but there was a group of 3 men that were so busy joking around that they were too busy to watch the front counter! We were supposed to be in a non-smoking room, but the shower room smelled quite strongly of cigarette smoke. I had to leave the vent fan on all night to get rid of the smell. The bath mat was quite wet when I picked it up to use it. The bed and the shower were the only thing I could compliment on. All in all I feel it did not meet the Wyndham standard of service. The signage for the motel was very poor. They were evidently just changed from a Fairfield to AmericInn and new signage hadn’t been updated.

Did not clean the room everyday did not refill the coffee packets in the toom. There was a takeout butter container laying on the floor by the bed, so obviously not vacuumed from last person that rented. Said breakfast each morning no eggs was sausages and tator tots

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel a bit run down looking but if you are not expecting a 5 star atmosphere, and just need a comfortable clean place to stay, and dont expect much, it is a nice hotel. Toilet had issues but was able to work around it. Hot tub jets not very strong. Pool was great for the kids but hard to get in and out for older adults with just ladders.

There was no breakfast in the morning when it was listed the room was dirty there was a pork from someone else's breakfast on the bathroom floor. The first one we talked to was very helpful the rest of the staff was very off. It was very noisy until about 1:00 in the morning. Very thin walls and loud music. No refund available or compensation.

The room was ridiculously overpriced for the low-quality experience. The pool is very small, the musty smell in the room, the peeling bathroom ceiling, and a hair tie found in the bed. The breakfast was average hotel food.

Walls are paper thin and floor is thin wood. Heard that everything all night long and finally at 3:30 am went to front desk about noise above us. Beds are way too bouncy and soft, horrible sleeping. No hdmi plug ins, outdated, and lighting sucks. Breakfast was lame, hard, cold and very limited.

I paid the total amout of the room via your website. Only to find out the hotel charged me an additional $130 for the room. So technically paid double. Will be going after them to get thst money back. NEVER WILL STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!

I was not sure the linens on the bed had been changed and it was not very tidy. I felt like it was too much money for the low level of cleanliness.

I realize there isn’t anything you can do about noisy guests, but you have complete control over maintenance of the facilities. Mowing the lawn at 6:00 in the morning is understandable for a golf course but not a motel with less than an acre of grass in the middle of July. Totally unnecessary and disrespectful to your patrons to be mowing that early in the morning.
If you are going to have breakfast items (like frozen breakfast sandwiches) available there should be a microwave or some other way for guests to heat their food. Dealing with a grumpy employee who doesn’t want to heat the guests food and doesn’t know how to interact with people isn’t a good business practice.
This particular Fairfield Inn did not meet the national standard I’ve experienced in the recent past for upkeep and cleanliness. As such, the price did not reflect the product.

The staff ignored us as she did paperwork and greeted us coldly with “Name.” She was not friendly as she helped others the next morning at breakfast until her coworkers were present. The room was good and clean. Not enough parking spots. The hotel was at a great location near great food places and shopping.
