Our experience at this hotel was not good for several reasons. Beginning with the check-in we were charged a $150 deposit despite prepaying for the room ahead of our arrival. We were then assigned to a room where the television was not working. I called the front desk, and the call was disconnected, I called back and was told an engineer would come to room to check out the issue. After a half hour I walked a quarter mile to the front desk and was told an engineer will come to room within 10 min – after waiting another half hour I drove back to the front desk and was assigned to another room where the thermostat was not working – again was told an engineer will come to room and we were happy when he arrived within 5 min. and then we find that the mini fridge was not working but decided to just live with it. However, this caused a delay in unpacking our things and moving our stuff to another room and missing an event.
Also, during our pre check in we requested a wheelchair accessible room and was assigned to the back of the property where there was no handicapped parking or wheelchair accessibility to the entry and our room entry key only worked for bldg. 3 when or room was closer to bldg. 4 entry way.
The following morning, we found that a complimentary breakfast is not offered at this facility and the cost for a breakfast is $20.99 per person.
Finally, upon check-out we were not provided a receipt for our stay because we booked via Expedia.

Very nice experience checking in. Room was cozy upon entering. Beds were nice. Room was clean. Exceptional service by Alex and William who both helped me locate forgotten medicine, provided me correct link to make UPS label, and followed through on promptly packing and shipping the medicine. This saved me a whole day of driving and time to come back and get it. Love this kind of service, thank you!

The property hallways were a bit poorly upkept. It needs new carpeting throughout. Second, the walls are not that thick and it was easy to hear conversations from other rooms. Baby crying down the hallway and it kept me up.

It’s a three star hotel and we knew it. This is our second time staying there and didn’t have issues before but this time, it wasn’t a good check in.
We had a late arrival and after driving five hours, with our 1 year old, we received a room with the HVAC system not working properly, the thermostat ripped off the wall and the bath tub had a massive leak (not a drip, pretty much running).
When we called the front desk, the responses was “make sure to turn the shower handle off all the way” 😐 and kept telling us to adjust the heat with the thermostat on the wall, even after explaining the obvious with no thermostat and already tried to turn off the water. Clearly We had to switch rooms, but it was clear across the building down the hallway. Barely a sorry and nothing was offered for the huge inconvenience. The room was on the highway side, so all we heard from freeway traffic during our stay.
Otherwise the hotel is fine. The new room was exactly what we expected from the last time we stayed there.
Honestly, expected to have better, smoother response when we had a major issue with the room.

The stay was good and the rooms where clean service was also good except for afternoon chef. On 10/23 around 6pm we came down to the lobby for dinner because we liked the morning breakfast staff and food was excellent , now for lunch was very disappointing because i had a total of 7 people and was ready to spend a couple hundred and eat good there without having to drive, so we ordered a couple new york stakes and afew other things there was a customer behind us that the chef new and was one of his buddys so after our got placed and we were sat staff member came and told us there wasn’t enough stakes. Clearly i herd the chef saying his buddy had to get a stake so one of ours had to be canceled and substituted for something else..: very disappointing and unprofessional
